Waldon here, and it's been a weird few days for this blog xD

Obviously, I'm not Bre. So something in the schedule is going wrong. :P What happens is that I always think it's my turn, so I'm about to do it when I confirm it with Bre and she's just like "Wait! It's me!" And then I'm just like. "Whoa." Then she goes home and she's exhausted and the blog doesn't get done because I don't think its my turn anymore. xD

So, yeah. Weird.

Now, today I went to the Library for the first time in about a year. It was very exciting! :D I love the library! It's got a whole bunch of books that I haven't read. And when I don't have any space for more books, I can always donate my old ones to them! :) It's just a wonderful place. :)

I went with Bre, and we walked there from our respective houses and met on the way. :) I'm reading "Starship Troopers" (Awesome, no?) and she's reading one of my books called "Child Thief" by Somebody "Brom" xD It's a dark rewrite of Peter Pan. Sort of. :P It's great!

So, we had to cut our visit short because it was starting to rain, so we had to go home. We went to my house to hang out for a bit. We had to walk in the rain. Which was cold.

Very cold. xD

So, then I dropped Bre home and here I am. Waiting for her to finish babysitting. I figured I'd write SOMETHING so that people don't think I forgot the blog. :P

I guess I'm done now. xD Good night all!
-Waldon

PS. GLAD! I hope you're getting my texts! I'm on MSN every night around midnight or so!

Waldon here, and I'll put it bluntly: I didn't do the blog last night because I was lazy. :P I'm allowed a transgression now and again. I think.

Yeah, so the title. xD I just REALLY like games, movies, media and books based around any sort of Fallout. I don't know why, but I do. :P

Now, what did I do yesterday? That's actually a really good question. I was sick yesterday, I caught a bug in my belly. So, I was pretty much fairly sick feeling all day. xD But that didn't stop Bre from coming over and making me feel better! : D It was great! :) She rubbed my back and everything. xD If you've ever felt my back (Which would be really creepy F.Y.I.) you'd know it's practically MADE of tense muscle. So, back rubs are much appreciated. :)

After lunch, I was playing xBox and I beat "Bulletstorm", I can't wait for a sequel, hopefully they'll make one, and so I decided to put down the game before starting the Echoes option in it. Then Bre showed up and we played some Sims and listened to music! :D Oh yeah! And we went for a drive right up to the river overlook. :)

Then after supper I played Sims for a few more hours, and then Bre came over again! : D So then we played Sims and listened to music. :) Then I went to bed! :P

So, I guess I'm done! Good morning everyone! :P

Explanation : My Mom/Thomas/Brooke/Bryton came home this evening! I haven't seen them because I got home after they went to bed. BUT I WILL SEE THEM IN THE MORNING.

So, today was pretty okay. I woke up and stuff (bonus!) and got a shower. When I went to get some breakfast, my bread was moldy. How? I don't know. It was only like, two or three days old. It really sucked! It's horrible when you go to get something, you get all excited for it, THEN it's gone bad. I just chilled out with Britt until Junior came down around one or so. Britt was watching a movie so we vamoosed elsewhere for the afternoon.

"Elsewhere" meaning the bathroom. I brought a chair into the downstairs bathroom/laundry room for Junior to use, then proceeded to clean the bathroom/laundry room. Poor dear! On the plus side, he had some dill pickle flavoured sunflower seeds. I didn't like them so he got them all to himself. I cleaned the bathroom while he just hung out, eating some seeds. Awesome stuff it was.

This evening, Britt and I went to the grocery store very quickly, then went to Dad's. Britt went to the movie with Dad and Mandy. I went over to Junior's (6:20 ish, I think that was?) and we hung out for a while until Gladdale came over. Shortly after Gladdale came over, Robyn came over. Later again, Sandra came over! Junior was just surrounded by women tonight. Go Junior. xD

The five of us walked to the "nearest" store 15 minutes away. It was great! Scottie and Russell met us there, but only for a few minutes. Scottie got his tattoo tonight! Russell went with him. It actually looks really nice. It's a Celtic cross on his right forearm. Unfortunately, he said he bled a lot getting it done. :(

THEN, the four of us girls and Junior went into the store. Junior bought some taters at Mary Brown's (drool) then we went home. Well, Junior's home. Once there, we ate the taters. It was glorious. We spent the rest of the night talking. My plan was to leave around 10:30, but the conversation was so good that I stayed until after Sandra and Robyn left at 11! Junior, Gladdale, and I kept talking for another little while. I dropped Gladdale off around quarter to twelve, then came home. Now here I am, writing this!

Oh, Gladdale is leaving to go back to university on Sunday. I'M GOING TO MISS YOU! :(  . (Well, we're all going to miss you, haha).

Well. It's 12:40 now. I think I'm going to go to bed. Hmm. That seems like a nice idea. Good night/morning!

- Bre :)

Waldon here! And you may have noticed, this is a very early/late post. On the blog date, it says the 25th, but where we live right now it's 3 16 AM. xDThere IS a reason. In fact, I only got home about 20 minutes ago or less. :P I was with Bre all day today! :D We spent late this morning driving around town to buy hemp and beads so that she can make me a replacement necklace! :D Mine broke this morning... :(

It sucks. She made me that necklace herself at her job this summer, and it broke! :( But she's amazing, and she'll make me another one. :) She's great. :P

After that we were just importing all my CD's onto my computer xD I'm STILL not done. :S I've got about 4 days and 12 hours worth of music, and I'm not done! :P

Then I had supper, and went down to Bre's again, where we watched TV all evening and played with her Charlie the dog. :P

Shortly after midnight I started walking home, when I met up with Glad on the way back. So then we spent a few hours walking around and just chatting and being weird. Oh, and I proved that I'm both fantastical and magical to the nth degree, but I guess that's another story that I might tell you some other time. Maybe. :P

Anyway, I guess I'm done! Good night/morning all!

Well. Tonight's title just says it all, doesn't it? While Junior was at my house today, he was helping me cook. He thought it was, as he says, "ludacris" that I refused to put pickles in my PASTA. I told him no. Just, no.

I'm really tired tonight so I'm just going to give a basic run-down of how my day went.

- Woke up. Got a shower and stuff.
- Junior picked me up around 10:30 to do some errands. We went to the bank, nan and Pop's house, Dad's work, the drug store, Dad's house, the Source, the post office, and the grocery store . . . All before 12 or so. Busy people we are.
- Junior helped me make my supper at around one. Pasta, ground beef, bell peppers, sauce, and cheese. It turned out quite well! But he kept suggesting to put pickles in/on it.
- Went to buy a Chem book off someone. Thank you, Gladdale, for telling me about that!
- Went back to Mom's.
- Went to Tim Horton's with Junior and Scottie. It was great! We hadn't done that in a long time.
- Got dropped off  for supper.
- Britt's friend came to town and is staying with us for the night. They went out for supper and I went to Junior's.
- Hung out with Gladdale, Scottie, and Junior. It was great! We all went to Tim's. Afterward, we went back to Junior's to hang out again.
- I came home again.

. . . And that was my day. It wasn't too exciting. I was pretty sick for most of it. As a matter of fact, I still am. Now I have to go to bed because I have to bring Giselle to the airport early tomorrow morning. She locked her keys in her car by accident (long story short, it was supposed to be virtually impossible to lock her keys in there, but her car didn't get the memo), so I have to bring her up.

Now I'm done! Good night!

- Bre :)

Waldon here! Tonights title is from Theory of a Deadman's "Truth is..." album, Head above Water is the song title. :P

I had forgotten how much I like TOAD's music. Alternative Rock is great. :P This album picked me up took me for a ride, if I may be so crude. xD

So! Today! Today I started watching the TV series "The Walking Dead" with Bre and Glad! It's great! I read a good portion of the comic, and I'm absolutely loving the show so far. : ) Usually, I don't have time for a TV series, but I saw the first season for sale in Walmart on vacation and I had to get it. xD I'm on Episode 4 now! I've got maybe another 180 minutes of episodes left? I wasn't paying attention to how long each episode is. :P

After supper, Bre and I hung out and watched TV at her house while we were dogsitting. :P I can't even remember what was on. xD InSecurity was on once maybe? We went to pick Britt up once around 7. So yeah, that was pretty much my day. I actually had good fun! : D

Sometimes, on days like today, the best you can do with your day is to lie back and enjoy doing nothing. And sometimes, I'm more than happy to do that. :) When you're presented with an opportunity to surround yourself with several of the people whom are so important to you, you should take it. Those moments will be what you can use to fortify yourself against everything that can go wrong in life later. Even if things go wrong in every which way possible, you can always look back and remember how awesome that night was. :) Let the memories of things you've already done and lived through be what sustain you, and let the expectations of what you can do in the future be what pulls you forward. Live for the moment, but never forget what you've done and what you can still do. :)

Anyways, I suppose I'm done for now. Good night all! :)

To explain the title : There is no explanation. That song just popped into my head. I was just sitting here, thinking about nothing, when POP! there it was. Cool, eh? See, this is one of the benefits of not turning on the tv in the morning. I seem to have more random ideas popping into my head.

Good morning! At the moment it's about 10:03 am here, and I've already been up for almost two hours! Yay! Sometimes I wish I could sleep in longer, but then I realize that I'd just be wasting valuable daylight hours. Why are they valuable? Because . . . Ooops! You can't answer a question starting with "because." The daylight hours are valuable BECAUSE school will be starting in approximately two weeks. The summer flew! Gladdale is going back to university on Sunday (if I remember correctly), and Junior and I will be starting college in the first week of September. Goodbye freedom!

At the moment, I'm making myself some breakfast. A grilled cheese. Junior says that grilled cheese isn't a breakfast food and it should be had for lunch. I think that's just silly. You can eat anything, anytime. Like breakfast for supper! We have that when we don't know what to have for supper. Breakfast strips (for those who don't know, it's similar to bacon but not bacon), bacon, eggs, toast, GRILLED CHEESE, ham, any fruit in the fridge, orange juice, etc. It's lovely. I love breakfast! It's even better when you have it twice in one day.

AHA! Big news! Yesterday morning, I went to Shaun to get my computer fixed! When I went back at suppertime, he said that he cleaned it up and there were a couple of viruses! :O . I was so relieved that I finally got it checked out. Gladdale told me I'll need my computer this year. *goes to check on sandwich*

So, Junior bought me pants. He came back from vacation and handed me a bag of stuff that he bought me. It is a lovely bag! Orange and white stripes, with a neat rope handle. I love it! In this bag, there was a pair of jeans (that he picked out himself! Right size, right cut, everything!), two books (the Math Book, Meowmorphosis), four CDs (Aerosmith, Randy Travis, Rise Against x2), a rock he found and drew a face on, and a Batman figure from a Happy Meal. I have an awesome boyfriend. (><) . The Batman figure is on my shelf at the moment. :P

One last thing before I go: how to make a perfect grilled cheese. (this combines everything that everyone has ever told me about making the sandwich lol)
1. Butter both sides of each slice of bread (the side touching the cheese and the side that touches the pan).
2. Turn the pan on low heat.
3. Use a SLICE of cheese, not block cheese cut up.
4. Put the sandwich in the pan while it's heating up.
5. Check on it every now and again.
6. Eat it.

Okay, now I'm done. I've written quite a lot. Later!

-Bre :)

Waldon here! I'm back! It feels so good to be back, that I just had to post some lyrics from the all powerful Ozzy Osbourne to relate my happiness. :P

So, I've been gone since Tuesday and it feels great to be back. xD Now, don't get me wrong, I love Newfoundland. I just don't like it when I'm stuck in a truck with two other people and a large dog. :P I have enough trouble dealing with automobiles when it's just me. But, I had some fun! So it was okay. I REALLY missed home though. It was hard not seeing Bre for a week. :(

So yeah, I bought a crapload of stuff while I was out there. xD I bought two Ozzy Osbourne CD's, "No More Tears" and "Diary of a Madman", and 4 "Best OF" albums, including The Eagles, Breaking Benjamin, Dio and Aerosmith. :)

I'm not even going to try to remember when I did everything. The week is too much of a fatigue haze to remember. Bre would probably be able to remember what I was telling her over the phone though. xD Oh yeah! I made sure to call Bre every night once I got to my nannies! :D It kept me sane. :S

I bought a BUNCH of books, so many that I'm not even going to list them all xD But, I will say that during the long truck rides and lonely nights, I managed to read about two full novels a day. O.o I had forgotten how fast I read when I'm deprived of distractions. xD

One night when I was out there though, I was feeling really lonely. More so than usual. :P When I went upstairs, there were 8 people there, all of them with their significant other. :S So, I had to get out of THAT. xD

I decided to jog to the lighthouse and see if I could get a signal. :) The lighthouse is about 2 or 3 km's from my Nanny's house? Now, that's not too far, really. But I forgotten one of the basic principals of lighthouse placement. It needs to be on top of a hill. xD So, most of those 2 or 3 km's were uphill. I was tired when I got there. :P Why didn't you stop, you ask? Because I knew if I did, I'd never have the nerve to jog BACK. xD

But it was all worth it. As I walked up the pale dirt path leading up to the worn stairs of the lighthouse, I saw tall cattails and long waving grass beside me, with the golden hued grass flowing with the gentle breeze. I walked the last few yards, and to my left I could see the entire bay: the tree lined slopes of the far worn escarpment put into the darkest shadow from the setting sun, the backs of the waves close to shore glowing bright red. To my right, I could see the very tip of the flanking hands of the bay, an entire flock of young sea birds nestled in the rocks. The view from there was spectacular. It was early sunset, and the bright orange and red light was sending the entire bay into contrasts of light and shadow. One entire cliff face was in shadow, while the shoreline to the other side glowed brightly with the light. I could see the breakers of the waves shining lightly through the setting sun, and the flock of nesting sea birds flew up as the sunlight hit them. The rocks below me seemed to be taking the light in, and the water around me looked like it was on fire. I could see the Redberries on the side of the escarpment like small orange stars glowing on the dark rocks. Beside me, the white and red lighthouse was throwing reflected light all around me, and as the sun slowly got closer to the water, it looked like the entire world was bathing in some beautiful ethereal fire. Absolutely beautiful. What I've written here doesn't do it nearly enough justice.

Anyway, I got back last night around 5 or so, and not even two hours later I was at Bre's. :P We spent the night pretty much just clinging onto each other and talking about absolutely nothing. xD Exactly what I was missing on my trip. Never undervalue just lying down and being clingy. Try it sometime. :)

I went home, and set up some new Sim's things, and then I went to sleep. :) So, I guess I'm done for now? :) Good nig.... wait.... Morning everyone? :P

If you only read the title, you could probably safely assume that I have stolen something. Don't worry! It's not that big of a deal. Honest. Today, I went to Junior's house and picked their strawberries. I feel like I've stolen them because NO ONE WAS HOME. I feel like a thief in the late afternoon!

Today was NUTS. I woke up several times between 6:45 and 9:45. I finally got fed up and got out of bed at 9:45. I went upstairs, got breakfast, text Junior, tormented Britt and all that jazz, then got a shower. I had things to do.

My To-Do List
- go to the bank to deposit money
- find Lee to give her ticket money
- go to the greenhouse to pick up a missed delivery
- buy bread and (possibly) dishwasher liquid
- pick strawberries
- go to Dad's
- eat

In that order. I am proud to say that I have everything on that list done! Go me! Now all I have to do this evening is eat, go back to Dad's, and go to the movie at 8. It's Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 ! Sadly, it's been ages since I read the book. On Tuesday I was tempted to start rereading it. I didn't because I was reading the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy "trilogy."

Okay. Last thing before I eat my spiral Kraft Dinner (WOOT). The flower delivery. Junior told me on Wednesday to be home Thursday evening for a surprise. I missed the surprise. Last night on the phone, he told me that he had arranged for an arrangement of flowers to be delivered to me while he was away. Can anyone say "AAAAAAAAAAAAAWW!" I was so touched! I really do believe that I have the best boyfriend in the world. What did the card say? "Hey Bre! Just something to make sure you don't forget me! Love you! - Junior." I loves him. :)

Done! Time for some KD! Until tomorrow!

- Bre : )

Good evening! As you can probably tell, I'm just hanging around the house with my dog. Charlie is great. He's a gorgeous Irish Setter! I love him dearly. Sadly, he doesn't really like other people or animals. He's wonderful and all, but we can't even take him for a walk because he barks at other people and pulls really hard on the leash. It really sucks. :(

So, I didn't post a blog yesterday because, well, I was just too lazy. By the time I had gotten home and ready for bed and said goodnight to everyone, I just wanted to lie down and read. Yesterday afternoon, Scottie and I hung out. We drove around town and visited an office supply store. Then we went to Tim Horton's and sat around. After Tim's, we went to his house and I watched him cook. Even though it had mushrooms, it looked delicious! He dropped me off at Dad's around 4:30. Last night, Dad, Britt, and I went to supper with a bunch of people Dad knows. We met his boss' son, Ryan. He's quite nice! We stood around the restaurant for about 45 minutes, were finally seated, then waited another 20 minutes to order! In the end, Britt, Ryan, and I ate the same thing . . . And all got stomach sick! Britt and I got home at around 9:45 or so.

Today, Britt and I started cleaning up the house. We cleaned for a bit, then got ready and picked up Ryan. Britt and I took him around town for a drive and we saw a black bear. He was so cute! It was only a baby. He was down the road from our (Mom's) house. At around 5, we dropped him off. Then, we went grocery shopping. It was fun! We also took Charlie for a little drive! We were going to go pick some strawberries from Junior's strawberry patch, but the construction people were there, so I just dropped Britt off at Dad's. Because I'm waiting for a call from Junior, I went on home.

Now I'm just chilling with my doggy! :D

Junior should be calling soon. He had better, or else I'll be really angry with him. He said he would call around 8 or 8:30, but I don't know if he meant MY time or HIS time. There's a 30 minute difference between his time and my time. For example, if it's 8 here, it's 8:30 where he is. Hmm . . . I hope he calls soon.

OH! I was reading some stuff on TIME.com, and I stumbled upon this article on "Triple Double Oreos." Goodness! That seems a tad much, doesn't it? Check it out!

http://newsfeed.time.com/2011/08/18/triple-double-oreo-arrives-begins-attack-on-americas-waistline/?iid=moreonnf

All righty then, I'm done for now. Bye!

- Bre : )
