Waldon here again guys, it's getting ridiculously hectic here now, if you couldn't tell. Bre and I have been swamped for the past few weeks, and everything is catching up to us now. I feel that it's only polite for me to inform you that our updating schedule will probably be as sporadic as it is now for the next little bit. Probably until close to the 12 days of Christmas, actually.

Yeah, so I have to get at my math assignment again, because I can't seem to get any of it done. :S I'll say good night for now, and hopefully I'll get a full post up within the next little bit!

Good night everybody!

Waldon here! Hey guys! Just a post to let you know we haven't abandoned the blog, but we're both swamped with work! :( Hopefully we'll get everything back on track soon, but until thin you'll have to get used to these sporadic posts! I'm sorry!

So! A quick recap of the past two weeks!

It started snowing! Finally! It's about -10 degrees Celsius here right now, I think. I love it. xD

Bre and I are in our last 2 weeks or so of class before final exams for this semester, so we've been getting deluged in work and assignments for the past week or two. I don't like having to skip the blog, but between doing this and making sure I get a proper education, you know what I'll pick, sadly. Even though I don't like school, I understand it's importance. So I GUESS I'll stick with it. :P

We've both been feeling ridiculously stressed the past few days, and I know I don't have it in me to keep writing. Poor Bre is having a hard time with everything. :( She couldn't even get on the site to write this earlier. Nothing seems to be working out. Dx

I guess I'll get off for now, I'll be on again as soon as I can? Good night all!

Sorry guys! This is Waldon, there's no good reason why I haven't done a post, so I apologize to every one of you readers that have come here checking for an update. I'm sorry!

Bre and I have had a long, hard week in school. >.< We had a chem test on Wednesday, Bre had a psych test on... Tuesday? I think? I'll have to check with her. I had two math assignments due and a Bio and Chem lab on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively and I've still got to hand in my Bio lab report on Monday. This has been a ridiculous week.

Yeah, so.

Bre and I just got back from supper, actually. :P We went out to El Greco's (The best. Pizza. Ever.) and then to her dads house where we started watching National Lampoons Animal House? It's an alright movie. Bre really likes it. :P

So, I think I'm going to go watch a movie with my girlfriend, later all! I'll try to get a post up regularly! :(

Honestly, I can't do a post tonight. I got sick over the weekend and right now I can't keep a train of thought on track for more than thirty seconds. When I'm feeling better I'll write a longer post. For now this will have to suffice. I'm sorry! Good night!

Hey all! It's Waldon tonight, and I've got some exciting news. I got back from the cabin last night. :P It was great! Bre and I went to bed really early on Thursday night (Which is why there was no blog, btw) and we were up for 5 30 AM on Friday and I picked her up at 6 30 AM and we were on the road to my cabin at 7. :P

We got there around 10 30 (It's a couple hundred Kilometers away) and my mom and dad were there just before us, so they got the fire going and we all said goodbye and all that good stuff. Then they went off to go check dads traps, while Bre and I stayed at the cabin. We stayed overnight, and although there were some issues with the fire at one point, (i.e. it wouldn't stay lit (Stupid stovepipe draft >.<) ) and some generator problems caused by it's exhaust, we figured everything out in fairly short order and we had a good time. :) We played a lot of cards. xD We had planned to get to homework while we were up there, but I love the cabin, so I refuse to mar its image with homework. :P

It's so quiet! And relaxing. I absolutely adore it up there. I spent an inordinate amount of time just staring out the window or at the fire. xD Bre spent a lot of her time doing the same thing I did. :P We started playing cards after supper, and I don't think either of us realized the time until about 10 30 or 11 PM and then it hit us that we'd been up for almost 18 hours. xD Yeah, so then we went to bed. Bre got cold a few times, so I re-lit, re-fueled and stoked the fire a few times over the course of the night. But that's cool, I don't mind that stuff. I wake up fairly easily, and getting a fire started is always a relaxing thing to do when it's not life or death. :P

We both woke up around 10 or 1030 AM, and we got a quick breakfast and started cleaning up. :) We got the cabin back into as pristine as it gets, and packed up all the food and stuff and got ready to leave for home again, sadly. :( I don't think Bre's parents were quite ready to let her stay at my cabin for any longer than that. :P I took a quick opportunity to shoot the tops off two trees and a can of milk with the 12 gauge while I could, cause I doubted I'd get a chance to get any partridges while I was driving back. It didn't seem like good weather for the birds to be on the road. :P It was kind of disappointing. I DO love those tasty little woodland animals. xD

We started driving around 1 15 PM or so, and got home around 4 30. I love those long drives with Bre. They get silly, and silly is always fun. :P

I definitely have more stories about the cabin, but I have wo

Now today, Bre and I have both been working hard at our homework that's due tomorrow, so! I'll get back to you all soon! Good night all!

'Kay so... I'm out of tea again.

Hey all! I've been so busy lately I had honestly forgotten about the blog. Tonight I'm too lazy to turn on my computer, so I'm not actually posting this. This was written on my iPhone and sent to Junior so that he could post it for me! Yay for technology! :D

So, at the moment (well, as I was writing this? Darn present/past tense) I'm watching NCIS. I think it's an old one? I'm not sure. It's all right. The only reason that I'm watching it is because I'm too lazy to get up, go downstairs, and do work or go to bed. Blah. It's been such a long day! I've been up for almost 15 hours now? I think.. Just about. I don't know. Hmm.

Junior and I had our Chem lab tonight. It was fun. We did a titration. All kinds of fun, yup. As usual, I was the last one doing the experiment. Junior waited for me so it was nice. Rami chatted with us while we were there. He's actually really nice! It's great. He has all kinds of cool things to say. Rami was helping Candace and I this morning with our Chem. He's right neat. :p

Aaaand, I think I'm done! Good night!

- Bre :)

Hey! Tonight's title comes from the song "Listen to the music" by the Doobie Brothers. I'm not going to lie, that's the only quote I can remember from it at the moment. :P

Yeah, so I've been out sick from school today, and it felt absolutely horrible. I woke up this morning at about 2 AM and then again at about quarter to four, that's when I decided that medication of a sort would be appreciated. I fell asleep again around 5. Then, I woke up around 7 30 to get ready for school, and by 8 o clock I went upstairs to get a shower. Within that half an hour I decided that having incredible dizzy spells and nauseating stomach pains combined with a head congestion worthy of Thor, that I would not be going to school. :P It was like I was suffering under the iron fist of the Triumvirate of Ick. Yeah. I don't think I'm making much sense tonight.

But that's okay.

Anyways. Nothing much really happened today. Bre came to visit me around 10 AM, which cheered me right up. Then I spent the rest of the day working at my math assignment that's due tomorrow that I was supposed to learn how to finish in class this morning. Alas.

Then, Bre came over after supper for a little bit, and we both got a tentative approval for a trip to my cabin this weekend! It's great! I love going up to the cabin. You can hear all the sounds of Loons and what I THINK are Harlequin ducks out on the pond. There are Whiskeyjacks/Grey Jays'/White Crowned Sparrows all around the cabin, and squirrels are always out on the deck chittering around. It's just a nice sounding place. :) Hopefully I'll have my hunting license by this weekend, so if I see any partridges on the way I'll have something to make for supper with our kraft dinner. :P

Anyways, I think I'm going to go on to bed now. I know that staying up late to work on a blog after being sick isn't good for you. :P

Good night all!

Waldon here, and I feel horrible. >.< My head really hurts, and my eyes, as the title implies, feel like they're going to pop out of my skull. I think I've been coming down with the flu for the past week or so, and its finally hit me. :( I'm so sorry guys, but I need to draw this up short. I spent a lot of time this evening around a lot of people, and that's not something that I do easily. I'm exhausted. I'm sure we'll be able to get a real post up within the next little while? Good night all!

I'm so tired right now! Too many nights of staying up late to try to finish all of my work has done their toll on me. It's awful. Tonight, this is all the blog that I can muster. Junior offered to write it, but he's tired too, so I guess everyone will have to put up with a really crappy post!

Good night!

- Bre ;)

Waldon here, and tonight's title comes from none other than our very own wonderful Bre. :P I just asked her what the title should be, and she replied with that wonderfully obscure and esoteric title. Esoteric being the word of the day. Go look it up!

I should probably explain why it's funny, shouldn't I? :P You see, one of our lab instructors is from Lebanon, and he's just the right blend of Creepy, Awkward, Helpful and Foreign. Needless to say, he's one of my favorite teachers. Possibly THE favorite. :P He's been living in North America for over 20 years now. The first two decades in Texas, where he learned Spanish as well as English. He also knows French and Arabic, because Arabic is his native tongue and he did French in school. :P So, of course his speech mannerisms are kind of... odd. xD My favorite saying from his is "As sure as the sun will be in the sky...." Meaning, "Of course it's going to happen/It's almost certain/It's going to be, etc...." It just sounds so epic. Just say it sometime in conversation, and you'll feel like you're saying something out of an old storybook. :P

School has been killer the past few weeks. You might have been able to tell from the sporadic update schedule. In fact, I'm falling asleep as I write this. But Bre has been worried about me the past few days, I know, so I want to try to stay up for a little longer so that she doesn't worry as much. If I ever go to bed before 11, people tend to get nervous. With my recent heart issue, I've been monitored around the clock. Hopefully it won't happen again, but I'll admit the attention is nice. ;)

(P.S. I'm not faking a heart condition, FYI. That was a joke. Please don't think I'm that horrible of a person)

Now, I think I have to find something to do other than work for a little bit. I've got to ask Rami about my Bio writeups due Friday tomorrow, so I'll get those both finished tomorrow. Tonight I think I'll work on some poetry that isn't lame couplets. :P

Good night all!
