Waldon here! I got a job! :D

Of course, it's only three nights a week right now, and only a total of nine hours, but at least it's something. Now that I don't have that worry on my mind, hopefully I'll be able to get my mind back into an art frame. I haven't even touched my art book for at least 2 weeks. I'm ashamed of myself.

So, I'll be working at the library on weeknights, until the other monitor is gone, then I'll be taking over her shifts.

While waiting for the whole job situation to be resolved, I've been playing some XBOX. It's great. I've pretty much worked my way through the entire "Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood," as well as unlocking everything in "Soul Calibur V" and beating "Final Fantasy XIII-2."

I was seriously addicted to the new Final Fantasy. I've got both Serah and Noel level 99, with at least 5 classes each maxed, and a level 99 Twilight Odin and level 70 Narasimha, and almost every hidden monster.

I've got my eye on a few of the games at the New Store in town, but my eye is all for now; I don't have nearly enough funds to spare on the games. It sucks. :(

Anyway, I suppose I'll head to bed now. Good night all! :)

Waldon here! I've spent over a week now trying to find a job... And I still haven't gotten one.

I've applied for a position at the local SPCA, I've sent my resume to the local directory for them to match me with potential employers, and I've applied to the library at my campus. But I haven't heard anything back from any of them. :(

So, because of this, I've put my art project on hold again. Sorry guys, but seriously, I need to make sure I get a job so I can pay for my schooling. That's kind of important.

But, speaking of which, I need some suggestions for a good route that my Little Dude can travel across the world. I'd be open to any suggestions or ideas for a destination; even just one suggestion would be nice. I'd like for him to travel EVERYWHERE, so any towns or areas or natural spots that you think are beautiful, feel free to email me at

[email protected]

and I'll do my best to duly thank you.

So, I suppose I'm off for the night. I'm tired. :(

Good night all!

Waldon here! Guess what? I SPEND A LOT OF TIME PLAYING SKYRIM. It seems like almost all of my time is spent on that game xD I love it so much. Breanna MUST be getting sick of me playing it by now :P I've put in at least 300 hours into that game now. I've had about 20 files, all of which have been played through at least halfway through the main quest, and about 5 of which have had a large number of side quest lines done.

Anyways, right now I'm playing as a Nord sword and shield user. I love the Nords, I can identify. Canadian power, eh?

Breanna and I had an English exam today, so forgive me if I don't get too wordy, we kind of used up all of our language skills this afternoon. But, I'll try my best to get a good blog on the go for a little bit longer.

The exam was pretty good! Everybody I talked to thought so as well, so hopefully we all did okay. Both essays were choices, so for my first choice, I chose to do the benefits of maintaining a good balance between societies needs and the preservation of the environment. For the second essay, I told the story of when I jogged across three coves in Newfoundland, because I was lonely. The only way I could talk to Bre was to get to a place with signal, so I did the best I could to get to a place where there was a signal, and that was about 10 km away, at the base of a lighthouse. It was a BEAUTIFUL evening, but I'll be writing an essay over the summer about it, and I'll post it here when I do.

So, I've finally started working on the Little Dude project that I've been talking about for ages. I've been saying I'd start it for ages, but I made myself post the claim everywhere, and now I've got to back it up, because a bunch of people have read it. Thank god for forceful reinforcement, eh?

Anyways, I suppose I'm off to bed. I want to wake up early so I can talk to Bre and wish her good luck before her exam tomorrow morning! Good night all!

Waldon here, and for anybody whom stuck around long enough, this post will be a gratifying message; I'll be doing daily blogs for the next 5 days, at least. You see, today is the first free day we've gotten in ages. I just finished my final essay/paper for my English course (As did Bre) just after dinner today (Bre finished before dinner xD).

So, now that I don't have some intense workload hanging over my head like a liturgical sword of Damocles, I can do a blog before bed without worrying that I'm going to collapse from exhaustion halfway between one sentence and the next.

So! I've picked up Skyrim again. In the span of about 5 days, I've gotten almost every location discovered, killed enough dragons to have finally gotten that achievement, and reached level 22. Now, that may not seem like much, but I'm a compulsive player. I get sidetracked so easily it's almost criminal. This is a GREAT runthrough for me. :P (That's also why Fallout is one of my favorite series of all time; getting sidetracked is encouraged. xD)

I found about 22 CD's under the TV in the living room that mom and dad never told me they had. It turns out that they used to love what's now classic rock and some of the more eclectic music choices of the 70s and 80s, which I love, and I am now uploading all of them to iTunes. Although, a few of them are CD's that I thought I had lost, but I guess mom just moved them when she found them around. And never told me. xD

So, I don't know if I should tell you which of my old CD's were found, simply for the sake of my dignity. They're pretty... damning. Like, "Pokemon World,""Beyblade: Let it Rip," and some odd Japanese Pokemon CD. I mean, what? I didn't say anything. Nothing embarrassing here.

I've finished uploading about 11 of them, and I want to have most of them done by tomorrow. :P

So I suppose I'm done for now, I'm getting a little sleepy. Good night all!

Waldon here, and guess what? It's almost finals!

Which sucks, but they have to be done. Bleh. Careers.

Anyways, I've been reading a lot of MegaTokyo recently. It's a webcomic by Fred Gallagher, I believe. I love it! It's actually entertaining me.

So, my bio class is pretty much done, and all that's left in Math is this week. Chem, we'll be done in a few days and in English we're just coasting. Stats is... Stats is odd. We're done all the essential work, but our teacher is still giving us work that won't be on our exam.

Whoops! I need to go pick Bre up lol, I'll blog again another time!
-Waldon

Waldon here! You wouldn't believe the sheer volume of work we've needed to do over the past few days. I've got chemistry still due, I've got two math assignments due for the start of next week, some English, a bio test on Tuesday (I think) and a stats assignment.

AUGH.

By the way, most of that is for Monday.

So! Onto news! Bre and I finally got to spend some time together tonight! :) It's been a few weeks since we actually got to sit down and just watch a movie or something and relax. :( Something always comes up, or something always needs to be done, or somebody always has a problem that we need to help with. Tonight was exactly what I needed, I think. :) Hopefully, Bre had a good time, but I don't think I'm very entertaining to be around. :(

We have next to no time anymore. >.< As it is, I had to decline a woman who asked me to babysit for her tonight. :( I just have too much to do! I didn't finish my bio lab until 8 o clock, and it was due by midnight tonight. >.< I was working on it since Friday night. >.<

I hope that woman isn't too angry with me... :(

Just now, I was hearing a weird scratching noise coming from the living room and after about 15 minutes I was starting to wonder about it. Now, I should clarify that I'm ALWAYS hearing things in this house. Like, even Gladdale and Scottie and a couple other people have heard people calling out my name, and nobody was there or calling out anything. I've heard it too, and things regularly make noises in the walls. I got home from work during summer vacation while my parents were gone to the cabin for the day, and there was a massive chunk of bloody meat on the floor.

So, I figured I should probably check this out.

I walked out to the living room, and lo and behold; my dog Gunner lying on his side, the side of his face pressed into the carpet, scratching the floor with his feet like he was running sideways, his tongue lolling out. There was a crazy look in his eyes. His tail was going nuts.

So, I call out to him. He nearly explodes with happiness.

After about 3 seconds of extreme joyousness, he promptly lies down and goes to sleep, like he wasn't just channeling an "I just smelled 14 permanent markers and ate chalk" level of crazy.

I love my dog. :P

Oh, hey! The movie I was watching is over. :S It was Hellboy. I love that movie, and I think it comes on every Saturday night here. I must have seen it about a dozen times over the past couple months.

Now, I need to go to sleep. I've got a ton of math due Monday, and I need to start working on it early. :(

Good night, all!
-Waldon

Waldon here! I know we don't update much, but there's always so much work to do be done, and sleep kind of needs to happen somewhat regularly or bad stuff starts to happen. :P

Anyways! On to the blog!

I started playing Pokemon again the other day. I think my fingers have almost melted to the DS. I LOVE POKEMON. I'm such a nerd. In fact, I just connected my DS to my Wi-Fi for the first time. I'm pretty pumped. I've got a team of dragons! : D And soon I'll be borrowing Bre's DS so that I can get a Charizard from my Heartgold! And a bunch of other dragons! : D I love dragons. xD

Man, I feel like I'm 10 and ranting to all the other kids in the cafeteria. See? This is why I should stop waiting until 1 in the morning to do this. xD

So, this week. Where should I start?

Well, firstly...

There is never an end to the work that needs to be done. Seriously.

Today was Friday, and I was informed that on Monday we'll be having a test in my Stats class that's worth 20% or so, and a math assignment is due, and a Bio lab is due, and... Something else? I can't remember that last bit...

Oh well, it'll come to me.

This week I had a bio lab that I loved. xD We looked at small protists. I was studying Paramecium. It was cool. :P Those little guys move REALLY FAST. We had to dope them up on methyll cellulose and hope they slowed down enough to watch them up close. :P

Also! I started playing Pokemon Yellow again too, and whilst doing research on Gyarados I discovered that it's name in beta was "Skulkraken." I can't believe they never stuck with that name. If I ever have a child, and that child is male, I will name him "Skulkraken" because the name Skulkraken Best would sound awesome on the top of a list for any new teacher during the school year.

Also, it inspires fear the hearts of all those whom oppose him, and isn't that what a father really wants?

So, tonight I went down to Bre's while she was babysitting, and that was fun :) We watched a lot of "1000 Ways to Die" after the kids went to bed. :P Being around a crowd of kids scare me. O_o I mean, I'm terrified of people regularly, but kids get all close and stuff. No joke, I'm terrified of my own species... That's kind of sad. But! I'm good with animals! : D

Yeah, so, this rambling, very tired blog is now done. It probably has very little coherence, or entertainment value (Aside from me sounding like a child.)

So! Good night all!
-Waldon

Waldon here! I just got back from a night out with Bre and Russell. It was great xD We watched that new Muppets movie, and I LOVED it. I was smiling for a solid two hours.
Tonights title came from one of the previews from a movie called Brave. I'm going to watch it. I don't care if it's for 5 year old's; hearing that line spoken whilst a man moons another man in front of an army is all I need in a good movie. Yeah, I know I'm rather young for an 18 year old, but you know what? I don't even CARE. :P

I did so much laughing tonight that I think I gave myself a sore throat. xD Not necessarily at the movie, even. Just being around Russell tends to make me break out into laughter. :P He's one of those funny ones.

I have a feeling that I'll be inserting in-jokes about the movie all night, so I'll try my best to keep things mostly spoiler free. Just in case you're one of those people that haven't watched the movie yet. But if you haven't by now, you really should. Like, right now. I think I just gave away a major plot point about that movie. Well, I should hope so, or else most of the readers will be really bored right now.

Anyways, the movie started at around 7 or so this evening, so after Bre got her haircut at 2 30 (Which looks amazing, btw) we went to her house for an hour and a half, ish? Then, we drove through Tims and then to her dads house to drop off her sister. After that, it was my house for an hour or so, and then to pick up Russell and go to the movie. Russell's girlfriend was out of town for the weekend, sadly, so it was just the three of us tonight.

After the movie, Bre, Russell and I went to Tims, and hung around there for an hour and a half or so. Russell looked like he was about to pop by the end of that, so I made sure to get him home. :P Bre came over for an hour or so, and then I took her home too. :P

So, I suppose I'll go to bed... Good ni-

It's been three day's since something has been posted, but to me, I only forgot to do the blog LAST night. Whoa. Science.

Anyways! I've got good news!

I got a new hat! It's so awesome, that when I put it on my head nearly exploded. All true, I swear. It's one of those deerstalker hats with the flaps you can button on top or let loose to warm the side of your face. Made with real rabbit. Ahh.. I love the smell of burning PETA's in the morning. (See what I did there?)

Oh, by the way. This is Waldon.

So! This morning I woke up around 10 30 or so, played skyrim, drank copious amounts of tea, and then ate dinner. Which consisted of three hotdogs and a chili dog. :P Then, after dinner, Bre and I went out out shopping (Which is when I bought the hat and my new pump case AKA cell phone case.) and getting groceries for her dad's house.

After supper we hung out and watched Daredevil with Ben Affleck. After watching it again, I can truthfully say I'm fairly amazed that I didn't realize how fake it looked when I was younger. Then I played with my iPhone dragons and went to bed. :P Oh yeah! I GOT A MOON DRAGON! For those of you that do not play Dragonvale, that means nothing to you. For those that do, you understand the excitement of 214g/min at a 750000g cap.

So! I guess I'm gone to bed! Good night all!

Hey all! It's Waldon tonight, and I've got some exciting news. I got back from the cabin last night. :P It was great! Bre and I went to bed really early on Thursday night (Which is why there was no blog, btw) and we were up for 5 30 AM on Friday and I picked her up at 6 30 AM and we were on the road to my cabin at 7. :P

We got there around 10 30 (It's a couple hundred Kilometers away) and my mom and dad were there just before us, so they got the fire going and we all said goodbye and all that good stuff. Then they went off to go check dads traps, while Bre and I stayed at the cabin. We stayed overnight, and although there were some issues with the fire at one point, (i.e. it wouldn't stay lit (Stupid stovepipe draft >.<) ) and some generator problems caused by it's exhaust, we figured everything out in fairly short order and we had a good time. :) We played a lot of cards. xD We had planned to get to homework while we were up there, but I love the cabin, so I refuse to mar its image with homework. :P

It's so quiet! And relaxing. I absolutely adore it up there. I spent an inordinate amount of time just staring out the window or at the fire. xD Bre spent a lot of her time doing the same thing I did. :P We started playing cards after supper, and I don't think either of us realized the time until about 10 30 or 11 PM and then it hit us that we'd been up for almost 18 hours. xD Yeah, so then we went to bed. Bre got cold a few times, so I re-lit, re-fueled and stoked the fire a few times over the course of the night. But that's cool, I don't mind that stuff. I wake up fairly easily, and getting a fire started is always a relaxing thing to do when it's not life or death. :P

We both woke up around 10 or 1030 AM, and we got a quick breakfast and started cleaning up. :) We got the cabin back into as pristine as it gets, and packed up all the food and stuff and got ready to leave for home again, sadly. :( I don't think Bre's parents were quite ready to let her stay at my cabin for any longer than that. :P I took a quick opportunity to shoot the tops off two trees and a can of milk with the 12 gauge while I could, cause I doubted I'd get a chance to get any partridges while I was driving back. It didn't seem like good weather for the birds to be on the road. :P It was kind of disappointing. I DO love those tasty little woodland animals. xD

We started driving around 1 15 PM or so, and got home around 4 30. I love those long drives with Bre. They get silly, and silly is always fun. :P

I definitely have more stories about the cabin, but I have wo

Now today, Bre and I have both been working hard at our homework that's due tomorrow, so! I'll get back to you all soon! Good night all!
