NEVER MIND I FOUND IT EVERYTHING IS OKAY NOW. (If you don't understand this little announcement, see the post below).

Can an old man be dilapidated? I'm not entirely sure. I'll ask Junior, I suppose. *Asks Junior*. He says, "Yes? They can be run down." THEN, he went on to say that you can have a slave old man with worn out knees and such, with something about support beams for arms? Sigh. Typical Junior answer.

So, nothing is really new! Junior, Thomas, Pop, and I went fishing yesterday. It was freezing for most of the day, and sunny for about an hour and a half around noon. Of course, it went back to being cold right after that. Pop and Thomas went down with the boat around eight or so, and Junior and I followed around ten. We were all out on the water until about two in the afternoon. None of us caught A THING. It was awful! Loads of fun, though. I think the only we hooked was the bottom.

OH! We got a couple of nibbles on our hooks, but no fish.

What did I do today, some may wonder? I went to work! With eleven and twelve years olds! It was wonderful! I can't believe I want to be a teacher. Kids screaming at each other, complaining about doing their work (even if all they have to do is draw a picture)... But all of that is just dandy! I like working with kids. One benefit? We, the teachers/teachers' aides get to have some fun too. For example, today, we got to see a French opera. Cool? I think so. Also, next month, we're having a school-wide picnic. I LOVE PICNICS. I'm so excited!

Gah, I think this is enough from me today. I'm getting sick and I can hardly stand up as it is. Typing is just one thing that I don't want to worry about right now. Until next time!

- Bre :)

Well. It's been an age since my last post. I'm just too darn lazy to turn on my computer long enough to write something. That, and typing pisses me off to no end. OOPS! Pardon my language. :P

So, what have I been doing? I got a job! That's what! Five days a week, weekends off, and I only work from about 7:50am to 3pm. It's wonderful! I'm working as a teacher's aide in a grade six class at the local middle school. I was thinking about becoming a teacher someday, so this seemed like a good opportunity. I'm having all kinds of fun and *I think* I'm doing well, so perhaps teaching is a good career choice for me? I know days like this past Friday really help with the decision.

This Friday was wonderful. Here's what we did:
- Period one: Made kites.
- Period two: They had computer class, so I wasn't needed. I spent an hour reading the Silmarillion, by J. R. R. Tolkien, (for those who didn't know) in the staffroom.
- Recess: A.k.a. 15 minutes of nothing.
- Periods three and four: From ten o'clock to about quarter to twelve, we took the kids swimming. What did Mr. White (the teacher) and I do? We sat and read our books. Uh-huh. Fun stuff.
- LUNCH TIME AT NAN AND POP'S! WOOT! Back to school at 12:35.
- Period five: Finished the kites again! (Saw a couple of kids with them after school, and they actually worked really well)!
- Period six (last period): Mr. White taught a bit of Math, then assigned a little bit of homework. I went around and helped out.

FRIDAY WAS GREAT.

As everyone knows, this is May 24th weekend (otherwise know as May two-four, for obvious reasons). Oddly enough, the Monday that we get as a holiday is the 21st. Hmm. There's nothing weird with that. Anywho. This weekend, I haven't done much! Last night, Britt, Mandy, Dad, and I went to Lorie's house for a barbecue with Nick, Lynn, and Dustin. It was grand! Britt and I left around quarter to nine or so to pick up Mom's truck because we had to babysit for a bit. Mom and Thomas went to someone's birthday. They were having a ball when we got there, haha. Today was rather uneventful. Nan and I went to the grocery store for some stuff that she needs for tomorrow (she's having company for supper). Junior and I went for a walk a little after that, and we visited Dad and Mandy. Then, I went to Nan and Pop's for supper. After supper, I brought Brooke home. Now I'm at Junior's!

Goodness! The title! I forgot to explain it! Well, here is goes: Mom asked me today if I want to go fishing tomorrow. I think I will. Mom and Bryton are getting pretty sick, so they're more than likely not going to go. Britt and Brooke don't want to go, and Nan isn't going either. If Junior decides to come, it'll be Thomas, Pop, Junior, and I going fishing tomorrow. A regular old boy's day out, eh?

Anywho, I think I'll leave it here for tonight. Junior didn't sleep at all last night, so he's trying to take a nap. I don't think he can sleep with me typing. Good bye for now!

Waldon here! I got a job! :D

Of course, it's only three nights a week right now, and only a total of nine hours, but at least it's something. Now that I don't have that worry on my mind, hopefully I'll be able to get my mind back into an art frame. I haven't even touched my art book for at least 2 weeks. I'm ashamed of myself.

So, I'll be working at the library on weeknights, until the other monitor is gone, then I'll be taking over her shifts.

While waiting for the whole job situation to be resolved, I've been playing some XBOX. It's great. I've pretty much worked my way through the entire "Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood," as well as unlocking everything in "Soul Calibur V" and beating "Final Fantasy XIII-2."

I was seriously addicted to the new Final Fantasy. I've got both Serah and Noel level 99, with at least 5 classes each maxed, and a level 99 Twilight Odin and level 70 Narasimha, and almost every hidden monster.

I've got my eye on a few of the games at the New Store in town, but my eye is all for now; I don't have nearly enough funds to spare on the games. It sucks. :(

Anyway, I suppose I'll head to bed now. Good night all! :)

Honestly though, my head really hurts. I get these debilitating migraines quite often that are so bad that I would rather shoot myself than continue having a bad head. Junior wants me to go on migraine medication; my mom thinks it's my sinuses; my Nan thinks Tylenol will make me feel better. I don't really know what to do, so for now, I just have to live with it.

Oh. I wouldn't be able to go on migraine medication because getting an appointment with my doctor is like trying to get an audience with the queen. Mom has been trying for almost two months now to get me an appointment, and hasn't been able to get me in yet. My perscription has run out. I can't get in. SO, I have no perscription left. I also doubt my doctor would give me anything for migraines anyway. Apparently she doesn't readily give out anything.

As I believe Junior mentioned, I have lucked into another job this year. Last year was the French camp (I didn't have to apply for that!); this year was a job at the local middle school. I got a call the week before last from a woman with the school board; she was wondering if I would be interested in a job as a teacher's assistant from now until June (well, basically just May and June). I said I was, of course! I would rather work than have to do intersession. (><)

The first step was getting a code of conduct done. I went to the court house, waited a few days, blah blah blah, it came in, I got it. I didn't know that I had to bring it to the RCMP (police), so I just dropped it off at the school board office last Tuesday. Yesterday morning (six days later) they called and told me that it wasn't done. The wait on a code of conduct is abotu ten days. Ten. I can't actually start OFFICIALLY working until that comes in. SO. I messed about with that yesterday and tried to get that done. I went to the police station at 8:45 am. They opened at 9. I went to Nan and Pop's to vent, then went back to the police. I got the forms that I needed, then went home.

Yesterday afternoon, I met with Cody, Daniel, and the lady from the school board to talk about our jobs. (The three of us went to school together, so we're apparently like "brothers and sisters" hehe). Then, I hung out with Junior. :)  Last night, Junior came down to my house and we played Scrabble for two and a half hours. I won.

Skipping to today: While I was in the shower this morning (around 9:20), Mom came in to tell me that someone called for me. I was supposed to meet the guys at the school to learn some stuff about the SMART boards in the classroom... At 8:30. I hadn't gotten the email. Go figure. Needless to say, I hauled arse and hightailed it to the school. I was ready in less than fifteen minutes, and arrived at the school around 9:35. They weren't mad or anything, so it was fine. Today we were just learning a few basic things that we might need to know. Cody and I will get our codes of conduct next week, so we'll be able to get in a class then; Daniel might be starting tomorrow.

I think the lights in school gave me a headache. When I finished up (kick butt hours! I get off by like, 3:30, from Monday to Friday), I went to Junior's with a MASSIVE headache/migraine. He got me a nice, strong cup of coffee, and we hung out for a bit. I picked Brooke up from her friend's, then came back to Mom's. I've been here ever since.

Now I have to go to bed. I have to be up rather early, and my head is killing me, so this is the end! Good night!

Waldon here! I've spent over a week now trying to find a job... And I still haven't gotten one.

I've applied for a position at the local SPCA, I've sent my resume to the local directory for them to match me with potential employers, and I've applied to the library at my campus. But I haven't heard anything back from any of them. :(

So, because of this, I've put my art project on hold again. Sorry guys, but seriously, I need to make sure I get a job so I can pay for my schooling. That's kind of important.

But, speaking of which, I need some suggestions for a good route that my Little Dude can travel across the world. I'd be open to any suggestions or ideas for a destination; even just one suggestion would be nice. I'd like for him to travel EVERYWHERE, so any towns or areas or natural spots that you think are beautiful, feel free to email me at

[email protected]

and I'll do my best to duly thank you.

So, I suppose I'm off for the night. I'm tired. :(

Good night all!

Waldon here! I'm finally finished my first year of College! It was fun while it lasted. :P But, now I'm on to new pastures, so to speak. I need to find a job until the end of August. Bre MIGHT be going to work instead of taking classes during intercession, so I'll kind of be spending a lot more time by myself for the next three weeks than I thought I'd be. Which kind of sucks, but it's most definitely a good thing for Bre, and that's awesome. :)

I hope we get a few weeks of down time without a job or class, or much stress together before the end of the summer though... :(

Anyways, I told you all yesterday that I'd tell you the story about what happened yesterday! So here it is!

When I was trying to go to my math exam yesterday morning, my truck had literally frozen into the driveway. I had to take the giant ice pick (Read: Large, spear-like chunk of metal) out of the shed and hack my truck out. By now I had already scraped all the ice and snow from the freezing rain the night before off the window, and by this time, there were only 5 minutes left until my exam, so I got to school as fast as I could.

I sprinted to the classroom when I reached the school, and made it before the exam actually started, but I still had to fill out the information on the front and explain to the "Invigilator" (What a word, eh? It means the person who watches you work.) where I was. By now I was 10 minutes behind? So I got to working as fast as I could.

After half an hour, the invigilator looked up, and then loudly proclaimed she wasn't feeling well, then promptly grabbed the podium she was standing next to and nearly fell unconscious. So, we were all rushing around trying to find her some water, which she was asking for, while one of us went to get help. Finally, we got her some water, and the school supervisor showed up, and had one of the nurses from the nursing classes down the hall show up and look her over. Then, the nurse lead the invigilator out into the hall, and I haven't seen or heard of her since, not even from her son.

This had all happened in the middle of our exam, and it was so unexpected that we were all in a kind of daze. Finally, the school supervisor showed up, and took over the exam monitoring.

BUT. Because we were following the schedule set by MUN and not CNA (Our school), we couldn't get more than a 15 minute extension at the end of our exam period. So we lost a total of 15 to 20 minutes in total, on top of my already lost 10 minutes. It was rough. But, to my credit, I finished a large portion of the exam, and only had to leave out two questions.

So, I just got back from spending all day with Bre. :) Well, we were doing stuff around town, but you know. I had my biology exam first thing in the morning, and so as soon as I was done, I headed over to her house, and I was with her pretty much ever since. We watched "Community" (Absolutely hilarious, btw.) for a few hours, and we shovelled some of her driveway, and after supper we watched a couple movies lol, it was fun! :)

Alright, well, I'm exhausted. And I want to go to bed. So I will. :P Good night all!

Hey all! I'm finally doing this! Fancy that! It won't be long because it feels like someone is poking my eye out from behind. D:

Now! The title! Dad and Mandy are gone to the Dominican Republic for a week and I'm watching the house! It's good so far! They left yesterday. I haven't burned the house down yet, so I guess all is well. Brittany stayed up with me last night. Apparently I snore. Oh no! That's awful! I don't want to snore! It annoys everyone in the house. Well... Junior says that when I nap at his house, I don't snore very loudly, so it's okay! I suppose.

My exams are almost over. I have two left (Chemistry and Math) that are on Tuesday and Wednesday. I'll be going to school tomorrow anyway to study, because I didn't have a very productive weekend. English was okay on Thursday. Awful long though. Physics and Psych were done on Friday. They were okay. I was really tired on Friday, so I couldn't really concentrate on the exam.

Ugh. I'm sorry. I'm listening to the Nerdist podcast with Junior, and my head is killing me. I think I'm done for tonight. My apologies. (><)

- Bre :)

Waldon here! Guess what? I SPEND A LOT OF TIME PLAYING SKYRIM. It seems like almost all of my time is spent on that game xD I love it so much. Breanna MUST be getting sick of me playing it by now :P I've put in at least 300 hours into that game now. I've had about 20 files, all of which have been played through at least halfway through the main quest, and about 5 of which have had a large number of side quest lines done.

Anyways, right now I'm playing as a Nord sword and shield user. I love the Nords, I can identify. Canadian power, eh?

Breanna and I had an English exam today, so forgive me if I don't get too wordy, we kind of used up all of our language skills this afternoon. But, I'll try my best to get a good blog on the go for a little bit longer.

The exam was pretty good! Everybody I talked to thought so as well, so hopefully we all did okay. Both essays were choices, so for my first choice, I chose to do the benefits of maintaining a good balance between societies needs and the preservation of the environment. For the second essay, I told the story of when I jogged across three coves in Newfoundland, because I was lonely. The only way I could talk to Bre was to get to a place with signal, so I did the best I could to get to a place where there was a signal, and that was about 10 km away, at the base of a lighthouse. It was a BEAUTIFUL evening, but I'll be writing an essay over the summer about it, and I'll post it here when I do.

So, I've finally started working on the Little Dude project that I've been talking about for ages. I've been saying I'd start it for ages, but I made myself post the claim everywhere, and now I've got to back it up, because a bunch of people have read it. Thank god for forceful reinforcement, eh?

Anyways, I suppose I'm off to bed. I want to wake up early so I can talk to Bre and wish her good luck before her exam tomorrow morning! Good night all!

My apologies, everyone! Tonight's title is super duper long because I'm COMPLETELY TAKEN ABACK BY TONIGHT'S EVENTS ON CORONATION STREET. You see, this is kind of what happened:

Sophie and Char (lesbians) were going to get married but Amber (who had a crush on Sophie, I do believe) went to Sophie the night before her (Sophie's) wedding and started to make her think that she had second thoughts about getting married. Sunita (Amber's dad's wife) came out before Amber kissed Sophie and told Amber off. The next day, Sophie's dad, Kevin, (who found out the night before about the run in with Amber) asked Sophie if she was ready to get married, and if she was ready for that kind of commitment. Sophie was basically trying to convince herself that she was, and Kevin saw that. SO! At the church, Char said her vows. When it was Sophie's turn, she choked, and Kevin told her that she didn't have to go through with it.. THEN the poop hit the fan. Amber freaked out, Char and Amber's parents freaked out, Rosie (Sophie's sister) freaked out. FINALLY, Sophie told Char that she was really sorry and couldn't go through with it. Char was so MAD! She threw down her vows and ran out.

... Holy CRAP Coronation Street!

So, I'll soon have time to actually update this again... I feel so bad about not posting! Gosh, I'm glad this isn't my job or anything. School has just been so busy. (><) . We have a research paper due on Thursday that I REALLY don't want to write. I have to do a bunch of it tonight. I also have a bunch of online Chem and Physics that I need to do before our exams, and some Math that needs to get done as well.

ARGH! Exams start next week. I can't remember when my Math or Chem exams are. I know that I have my Physics exam from 8:30 - 10:30 am on Friday the 13th, and then from 2:30 - 4:30 pm is my psych exam! Luckily, my English exam is the day before, so I only have Math and Chem to do the week after. Speaking of Chem, I have to sit down with Junior on Friday and figure out what he has to study for the exam.. Poor thing. :(

OH! I got a DeviantArt account! I'm so excited! Junior helped me with it last night! My username is AdditiveGummyBear! I have nothing on my page yet, but that's okay! I'm going to try to upload stuff sometime soon. It's awesome! Now I get to follow Erin on DeviantArt! (As creepy as that sounds, hehe).

All right, enough procrastinating for me! I need to go do some work... Or try on a pair of jeans to see if they still fit. You know. Priorities. Until next time!

- Bre :)

Waldon here! Sorry that we've been updating a little... Oddly, but school comes first you guys. Actually, I was doing a lab report right up until a few minutes ago. If I hadn't checked my email to see what was happening with everybody else, I'd still be doing it. As it was, I did an extra like, 13 questions that I didn't need to do.

So, I just checked the stats on the site, and right after Bre posted the last time, we went right up to almost 92 hits. :S That's intense! We average like, 14 a day, usually. Now, We WERE getting about 75 a day before this new (unintentional) update schedule came about. So, I think that this incredible surge of views has to be because of the math in Bres post. It's the only thing different about the posts! xD Maybe I should start posting more math?

Speaking of Bre, today is her birthday! :)

Happy Birthday babe, I love you! :) xoxox

Now, I'm going to bed. After that long, pointless, 6 hour trek through the bio lab that didn't need to have that much done, I need sleep. Good night all!
