Waldon here, and I want to apologize so much for my lack of blogs the past two nights! I got bogged down with homework, and I forgot all about it! I'm so, so sorry. :(

So, on to the blog! I took three science courses this year, two of which I've never even taken in high school. So, you can tell I'm kind of out of my depth here. But, I'm going to finish the year with these courses. I will.

This week I've had a TON of homework due. I've got a math assignment due sometime., but an actual due date would be too much to ask for so I've been panicking over that. I've got a physics assignment about jobs in the field of physics due by Friday, and a chem test on Friday as well as two Pre-labs, one of which was due today and another tomorrow, an English story to read and 4 pages of physics math practice homework that I needed to finish for today. The teachers will be giving us another assignment soon, I think. >.< I'm actually spending upwards of 7 hours a day in school every day, with no actual breaks during. When I get free hours, I go to the library and work on my Math or Chem. My Math is 15 pages long I think? Oh! And a chem assignment due Monday. Yeah. (>.O)

So, what have I been up to lately?

Nothing really. xD I went to Bre's last night so she could help me with my math. Thank god for that wonderful girl, she showed me how to do a bunch of the assignment and explained each individual question. :) I had a Biology lab this evening until 6 30, so I was in school for 9 hours. From 9 20 this morning.

Friday night Bre wants me to go to the movie with her and Deejay. So I guess I'll be doing that. :P It's called "Crazy Stupid Love"? I haven't even heard of it, but I bet you I know what it's about already. :P I told Bre I'd go if I can complain about it all I want. xD

Now, I guess I'm out of things to talk about? No! Wait! I'm not. :P

Tomorrow morning I'll be waking up around 6 or so to go to the gym for 6 30, I FINALLY have somebody to go to the gym with. My friend Josh will be going with me tomorrow morning for an hour or so. Neither of us could find a partner to go with. We didn't want to go up on our own, that would just be boring. :P

So, now I'm done. Good night all!

Hey all, it's me Waldon. I actually posted a blog here last night, but for some reason it didn't show up. That's exasperating. So, I'm writing another blog tonight to hopefully make up for it!

As anybody who reads this blog regularly will have noticed by now, (If you haven't, you're lacking something vital. :P) we're not updating regularly. There have just been too many things on the go for us to keep on top of the blog like we should. And for that, I offer my most sincere apologies and hopefully you can all find it in your heart to forgive us. Please, I hope nobody has been disappointed in us, and at myself in particular. I know I alone have sorely slipped in my responsibility to the blog.

And now, onto the actual meat of the blog!

Today has been a fairly normal day, I suppose. I drove down shortly after 8 to pick of Bre, and so by about 8 40 we were waiting in the school parking lot for the bell to ring.

First period today I had english. I love english class. :P I spent all period writing out my interpretation of the irony involved in a short story's title. I think I wrote about 300 words or so?

Next was Nutrition class, where we watched a video on... ummm... something about the worlds most famous foods brands and similar? :S We watched a segment on BBQ and Chocolate, and by the end of that I was very, very hungry. xD

Then it was Recess. Nothing happened really. :P

After that it was the start of my double math period. We're pretty much done all of our material, so we're reviewing for the next few weeks. Suffice to say, I was reading for about 2 hours. :P

In the middle of those two periods, I had lunch. Where I had to go to a dance rehearsal that nobody told me about. I wasn't even needed. I shouldn't even have to point out that making me give up my lunch for something that I wasn't needed for is an easy way to rally my chagrin.

Last period I had art class. Thank god for Art Class. Ms Edmunds didn't get any primer for me to paint over the log I'm going to be painting on, so I had a free period to sit back and do what I liked. So Sandra and I battled and traded Pokemon for about an hour. We're cool kids, you know it. :P

Then, after school I stayed in for an hour to wait for Bre to finish tutoring so that I could give her a ride home. I enjoyed it, actually. :) I got to relax in the nice quiet library for a little while. If I had my music, it would have been perfect.

Then I drove Bre to her Nan and Pops, and then commenced with my night of tooling around and doing nothing. :P

So, without further adieu. Goodnight!

Waldon here, I'm filling in for Bre tonight because she asked me to. Tonight's title is from one of my favorite songs, and from a very popular band in the Hard Rock and Metal crowd. Anybody know who it is?

I've been really weird these past few days. I'm not sure what's changed, but I've been on the go all day today at least. Not energy-wise, but wit-wise. I've been cracking jokes and going on rants as easily as breathing. I've made so many little tirades that it's ridiculous.

I think it's my blood sugar. It's been really high for the past while, and over the past few days it's been excellent. I suppose I'm just feeling normal. :P I'm just not USED to normal. xD

So, this morning I picked Bre and Ryan up before school. Ryan missed the bus, so I got him on the way down to Bre's. We all squeezed in and got on our way. :P

First two periods this morning I had math. Which sucked. But I read Lord of The Rings during the time I had left after doing all my work. Which was almost the full two hours, admittedly, but I did do all my work. :P

After that I had art class, where I goofed off for an hour. Then it was lunch, and Bre and Sandra and I chilled out in the Math Help Center.

Then Sandra and I had a History test. I had to BS most of it. But that's okay. History tends to repeat itself anyway. If I got the start right, I got the end right. :P

After history I had music. But my throat was too sore to play my instrument, so I didn't actually play. I just fingered the holes and followed the beat. A lot of people are sick, lately. :S

After school I drove down to the Source and bought myself a nice diatonic D Blues Harmonica. It has a beautiful sound. Then I drove to Tims, bought a bunch of food, and a chai tea for Bre and I and picked Bre up after her tutoring. She liked the tea, I heard. :P

So. Nothing interesting really happened after that. So I guess I'll end this here. My head is hurting, so I really don't want to drag this on. It's pretty sporadic looking anyway, so this is cool. xD

Good night all!

Tonight’s title comes from the lovely Vanessa! As we may have mentioned before, Daniel is allergic to peanuts. Today in school, Vanessa came up to me and said (tonight’s title). It was glorious. She was shocked at herself for eating peanut butter in school. I just laughed and told her not to go near Daniel. I really didn’t know what to tell her!

School was okay today. Nothing major happened. Levi told me that I kind of treat him like he’s younger than me, although we’re the same age. I didn’t realize that. I thought I talked to everyone the same way? Apparently not. We got a Chemistry assignment last period. I have up to number five done, and the rest I’m going to need help with. I was out for TWO days and I got so behind that it’s ridiculous. I hate missing school. I really need to pick it up.  I never get anything done, no matter how much I do or try to do.

I had to tutor after school. Junior had to get some blood work done. I wanted to go with him, but I couldn’t because I had to tutor. He came back and got me, and then brought me home. He’s way too good for me. I don’t understand him at all. Anyway. I got home around 4:40, I think? Then I ate. Mom made lasagna! After I ate, I did my Pre-cal homework, then started on my Chemistry again. Around 6, Britt and I left to get Junior, drop off a bed, pick up a dresser, and unload the dresser at Mom’s. Junior was a great help! Mom’s friend and her husband were quite impressed with him. Like I said, too good for me.

While we were uptown, we realized that we were almost on empty in the truck. So, we had to get some gas. Naturally, I paid for it. Later on, I brought Junior home.

I’m so sorry, but I’m in such a foul mood. I don’t know how I’ve written this much. I have to end it here. Good night!

-Bre :)

Now, I think that is a legitimate question. I didn’t know the answer so I was free to ask it. Mom and Thomas were talking about something and it just popped into my head. Is “I think I love you” an opinion? Or is it just a statement? I don’t really know. Sometimes, when you’re stating an opinion, you start off with “I think,” correct? When you say “I think I love you,” that really is more of a statement, isn’t it? But in saying that, you sound unsure of yourself. I suppose loving someone isn’t really an opinion? It just sounds like one.

Soooooooooo… I’ve had writer’s block for several days now. Between that paragraph (^) and this one, there was about fifteen minutes of silence. It really sucked. I’ve been having so much trouble writing it’s absolutely ridiculous. My speech was due today, as I might have mentioned before. If I didn’t, well, my speech was due today. I didn’t have to present, thank goodness! That would have been awful because I’m still not feeling great. Oh well. It doesn’t matter anyway.

Did anything exciting happen today? Well… Junior did better on his Math test than I did on mine. That was quite the blow to my pride, I tell you. We had to work the canteen today at lunch. Deejay, Nikita, Junior, and I all went there. It was hot dog day again. I can’t STAND those things. They’re absolutely repulsive. I know I used to eat them, but if I were to eat one now, I’d throw up. Anywho. Everything went well. We ended up making WAY too many hot dogs. The price was reduced from 1.50$ to 1$ shortly before the choir kids showed up. This sold a few of them. We tried to pawn off several hot dogs at a time (like 6 to a person) just to get rid of them all. In the end, Junior went out into the cafeteria to give out the remaining 25 or so for free. THAT was when people wanted them. Ick. They’re just so disgusting. I can’t believe we got hot dog day at the canteen. Pizza day? I can handle. Hot dog day? Ugh.

After school, I had to stay in to tutor someone new. Today was our second day. I quite like him! He seems like a really nice young man. When we were done around 4:30, I sat out in the lobby and waited for Junior. I thought it was only fair, considering the circumstances. He was done a little while later, and he, Sam and I all left. On the way to drop Sam off we played an alphabet game. I started with the letter “A” and said a word that began with this letter. Junior was next, and Sam went third. We continued playing this game until we arrived in Sam’s driveway. As Sam was getting out of the truck, Junior finished with “Z.” I can’t remember the word, though… Then Junior dropped me off at home.

He had dance tonight, so I haven’t been talking to him too much. I was talking to him earlier before I had to go to the store, and now I’m talking to him again. Exciting stuff, oui? Other than that, I haven’t been doing much at all. I pigged out on Skittles because they were just sitting there. In total, I think I ate about a full big pack of them. Gosh, I really need a life. :(

Oh yes! Before I end this, I’d just like to thank my Mom for occasionally reading our blog. Love you, Mom! :)    Good night!

-Bre :)

Waldon here and I have no idea what to write tonight for the blog. I guess I'll just do a quick recap of the day? Isn't it great that the use the blog was intended for doesn't cross my mind until all other options are gone?

Well, this morning I woke up late. It was at 7 36 when I actually opened my eyes. Thank god Bre texted me, otherwise I probably wouldnt have been up until 8. That would have been very bad. Anyway, from there I went on to school. I had English first period today which is awesome. We spent the whole period looking at visuals and identifying stuff about them. I may not be able to do math, but I know my stuff when it comes to art. THAT I can handle.

After English we had Math. Bre is in my math so it's not as bad as it could be I guess. We did examples and had some work assigned. Nothing else to report, aside from the mind numbing monotony of math class.

After math, Nutrition. All well and good really. We watched a movie on Child Advertising. Did you know there's a book called "Consuming Kids" and it's about marketing to children? I think it's false advertising, myself. I also sketched out a small picture about me being a wizard.

I've never been much of a real "artist" per se. I'd love to be able to do the stuff that many of the more professional artists do, but I just don't have the drive to do it. 5 minute doodles with a mechanical pencil's, sure. :P

Lunchtime was great, Bre and I went to the Math Help Center, I told a few stories, we chatted with people all lunch. Sandra and Robyn being two of said people, they make me laugh. :D

After lunch I had art class, where I finally finished off my mask that I was working on. It looks like a venetian Doctors mask. You know? Long beak and half a face? That sort of deal? Its fun.

Then I had Skilled Trades class. We were working on our module for this session, which is Plumbing, installing a toilet. But partway through the class I felt really odd, and there was a pain in my left side. I felt around there, and lo and behold, my insulin pump site was falling apart. This isn't the first time it's happened, but it's not common by any stretch of the imagination. So the tube that was under my skin wasn't quite OUT of my body, but it was close. I left class early and drove home.

I have to apologize to Bre here. I try and make it a habit to see her as much as possible, but since I left early today I didn't get a chance to see her before she had to tutor. Please forgive me Bre, I'll try to not let it happen again.

Yeah, so I then spent the night at home. I didn't even walk my dog tonight because I felt so weird. My sugars have been all over the place. I've got dead space on my left side, which most definitely didn't help the pump site problem. So I've been up and down all evening. On the bright side, I drew a dragon. Which is were the title comes from. :P

So, I haven't done anything else really important tonight, and Bre is on msn. So I think I'll go chat with her for a few more hours and go to bed. Good night All!

Today, Junior had wrestling and I had... Well, nothing. I didn’t need to tutor (last minute cancellation), so I just stayed in anyway. It turns out that Ryan was staying in (again) to finish off his research paper. So! I stayed with him. Junior offered to bring me around when he was done wrestling/whenever I was supposed to be done tutoring. He’s some nice. :)

Anywho, at about twenty after four, Junior came into the library and got me, and I went out to the truck. Ryan passed in his research paper, so he came out to the parking lot with me. Junior had given me his keys so that I could start the truck. I. Love. His. Truck. Trucks are my weakness. It’s an old Chevy. I LOVE Chevrolet, haha. Junior had to go to his locker to get something (was it his locker?). That’s why I got the keys. So, he came out, hopped in the truck, and we drove off. Because I spilled the Rice Krispies on the floor yesterday morning (ugh. I dropped the container that they were in, the container opened, and the cereal went EVERYWHERE), I had to go to the store to buy a new box. Junior was kind enough to give me a ride there.

We went to the store and got what we needed - AKA, I got cereal, scented body wash (coconut = yummy), a toothbrush, and yogurt, while Junior got some deodorant (and something else.. That I can’t remember). After leaving there, we ran across the road to the optometrist because my new glasses were supposed to be in soon and they hadn’t called me about them yet. It was about 4:55 and they close at five, haha. Luckily for me, my glasses were in! :D

So, I payed for my glasses and then Junior brought me home. The drive was so weird! I had my glasses on, and I could finally see clearly again. I haven’t been able to see through my glasses properly for a couple of months now. It was a GREAT change. I’m so glad Junior brought me down today!

I was at Nan and Pop’s for supper. As usual, Nan’s cooking was impeccable. When I got there, Cody text me to hang out. I said that I couldn’t because I had to tutor. THEN, Lisa text me and told me that she didn’t need me tonight because she was/is sick (get well soon, hun!). THEN, I text Cody and said that I could possibly hang out. THEN, Ryan text me and told me that he couldn’t do the project tomorrow because he had plans with Meghan. SO! I had to tell Cody that I couldn’t hang out tonight, but could maybe hang out this weekend. Maybe. Ryan and Meghan’s 17 month anniversary is tomorrow. Holy cow! They’re such a beautiful couple. It warms my heart to see them together. :)

Anywho, Ryan picked up Britt and I from Nan and Pop’s around 6:30 and dropped Britt off at Mom’s. We proceeded on to his house, where he finally ate supper and we tried to work on our project. We had to leave shortly after seven to pick up his brother at hockey. When we got back, we worked on our project and played a game of chess - simultaneously. It was great. Naturally, I lost. I’m awful at chess.

Ryan dropped me off at Mom’s (what a sweetheart. The Pathfinder is with Mom, and I didn’t take Dad’s truck, and I didn’t want to get Nan to pick me up. He offered to bring me home), and I came inside to chill with Nan and Britt. We watched Jeopardy, then Britt went to bed. Then, Nan and I watched some of the Canadian Tenors Christmas thing on CBC. They have gorgeous voices! Look them up on YouTube or something, because their talent must be shared. NOW, I’m sitting down, writing this.

I should go to bed though.. I have a Pre-cal test tomorrow, a Math test the next day, a Chem test on Friday, the A Separate Peace assignment due Friday, and a Chem lab due on Tuesday (of next week). At least I have our French class Christmas party to look forward to tomorrow afternoon! We’re missing Chem because of it. It’s going on from 12:14 or so to 3:16. All afternoon! Woot! Ms. Shortt is ordering pizza for us (and won’t let us pay. She says it’s our gift from her), and someone is bringing in a Wii or PS3, so we’ll be set.

And now I’m done. Good night!

- Bre :)

PS. Here’s a picture of me with my new glasses. I like them. :D

My new glasses! Please be nice...
