Good morning! Where we are, it's about five minutes after midnight so I'm just going to say that it's the morning. A brief explanation of the title: in Physics, Ranjan was teaching us something about how gravity affects falling objects, and something about the acceleration due to gravity being -9.80m/s^2 . . . Or something like that. Anyway, our test is on Monday and I'll have to figure it all out by then.

This week has been crazy! We got all kinds of assignments back and more assigned. I'm so glad both of my labs were able to be completed during the lab hours. If I had had to bring it home, I would have cried! I have three tests next week and several assignments due. I got my Math assignment done this evening (given today, due Monday) and I got an online Chem assignment done (due October 10th). Not too shabby. But I still have three tests and two assignments to do for next week! Not to mention a Chem pre-lab for Wednesday! Man, in a way I'm glad I didn't go away for my first year of university.

Because nothing major happened today in school (well, we got an English quiz back and I got 11/14 or 78.6% - awesome!), I'll just move right on to this evening. I got out at 3:30, said goodbye to Junior, and went on back to Mom's. Brooke wanted/wants to have a bake sale tomorrow to raise money to take care of an injured dog. Mom was baking the entire day for this. 190 cupcakes, fudge, and four dozen muffins later, Mom went to bed exhausted. When I got home from school, Britt was decorating. Mom needed some more stuff, so I went to the store for her. I picked up Junior and off we went!

Note: Never try to turn left when it's four o'clock rush hour.

We finally got to the store and did the shopping (obviously). Junior had to carry the basket because I've injured my wrist somehow and can't really do much. It really hurts to move it. :(  . Anywho, we did the shopping, I dropped him off at home, then went home myself.

This evening, I helped decorate cupcakes and bake muffins. Junior came down at around 7:30 or so and stayed until about 11. He sort of helped with the goodies, haha. When Britt needed a cupcake to ice, he passed one down to her. Britt is great at decorating things! She made all kinds of designs with the icing! She even made Elmos and Cookie Monsters! :D

Okay, that's it for me. I'm really tired. When Junior left, I got ready for bed . . . And did my Chem assignment. Now I'm exhausted. Good night!

- Bre :)

P.S. Junior and I have been together for nine months today! HOLY CRAP.

Waldon here! Bre has gone to bed already, so I'm doing the blog instead! : D But... Theres something on the go with Wordpress (The thing that this gets typed in) and my words are all screwy. :S Like, I typed this sentence approximately 24 seconds ago now. >.<

I haven't got the patience to proofread and edit something that isn't cooperating, and for me tow rite something that hansn't been proofread is aggravating. >.< So I think I'll head on to bed :P

Good night all!

Couplets again?
My words are not plain.

Today was quite fun
a veritable gauntlet was run.

I started at 7 30 this morning
A back pain gave me warning,

That something was amiss,
Inside my spine, it seems, was not bliss.

So no gym trip for that sore-backed me,
I thought with freedom, I had no hurry!

But by One PM you see,
My Pre lab was due and I lacked esprit.

This duo's classes were cancelled for charity in town,
but we had made time instead for us, we're too worn down!

By twelve o clock, my time had run amok,
I had hopped in my truck

and began the drive to pick Bre up at Bre's.
Where then we drove our laboratory reprise.

Dinner was had,
and I got Bre mad.

But then smiled and we were happy again,
and to my house we went, not difficult to ascertain.

A lab was had at half past four,
and by seven I cried, "No more! No more!"

My night was done, you might have been told,
And it would have been right, I was ready to fold.

So supper was finished by eight thirty,
Bre was dropped off, just before, you see.

Now the blog is being written, rather shoddily.
can you tell that this was written by me?

I'll see if Bre will be willing to talk on the phone,
Because it is lonely when I'm alone at home

Waldon was here, and now he is not,
Good night says he, he's off like a shot!

Good . . . night? Late evening? This time of day confuses me. Well, hello. It's been a while since the last post because Junior and I have been really busy the past few days. School is just mindblowingly time consuming this year it's unreal.

This weekend, my room at my Mom's was painted. It went from being yellow and blue to a minty green. I quite like it. Behind my bookshelf was painted a lovely cream colour. It looks really nice with the others walls green! Friday night and Saturday morning, Mom primed the walls. Britt and  I taped everything off and painted the corners, baseboards, and around the ceiling. Saturday night, the colour was put on. Sunday morning, the final coat of paint was put on. Sunday night, we moved almost everything back into my room! My bed, desk, and book are all back in their proper places but I still have some stuff to go. My CDs are still stuck in a box.

Other than that, nothing spectacular happened except A REALLY COOL MAGIC SHOW SUNDAY AFTERNOON. Britt, Bryton, Junior, and I went. It was grand! I'd go again if I had the chance. Junior said that he'd be able to ecplain all of the magician's tricks but i doidn't want him to. I like magic just the way it is - unexplained. It was so much fun! After the magic show, I went to Dad's with Britt for a while. Junior came over for a little while after supper to get some help with his Chem assignment.

Umm . . . Friday night was fun! We went to see Deejay and Cody at Cody's dad's house. For the most part, we just sat around and talked. I like evenings like that.

Today wasn't a good day. I found out this morning that a friend of mine in Ontario was murdered. Naturally, it's been on my mind and bothering me all day. Mom looked it up on the computer and it turns out it's really true (we heard it on Facebook when we arrived at school). I sent Dad the link to the article. It's absolutely terrible . . . You know how you see stuff like this on the news and think, "Oh, this will never happen to me"? Well, it can.

I think I'll leave it at here for tonight because my head feels like it's going to explode. I really don't feel very well. (><)  Good night!

- Bre :)

Waldon here, and if I have to explain where this phrase came from, you're missing an essential part of your life. Go watch The Lion King. RIGHT NOW.

Anyways, this is mostly just so I can say that Bre can't make it to her computer tonight, so we just wanted to let you all know that she isn't ignoring you. :P I've got a HUGE headache, and I was up since 5 45 yesterday morning to go to the gym. I'm tired. :P

So, I guess I'll be going to bed now. Good night all! We'll get you a real post soon! xD Not these lame excuses for posts I've been putting up here lately.

... kind of meh.

Waldon here, and I'm really not having that great of a day. I've got to submit my res application for MUN next year within the next day or so, and I'm fairly certain I'm already late, but I'm not going to res without Bre, so I'll wait for her to come over and we can decide.

Today I had a Math, Chem, Bio and English classes. I handed in my Bio lab this morning and I finished my Chem lab this evening, so that'll be in tomorrow morning too. In Chem class we're doing EVERYTHING. I've never done Chem, so even the smallest amount of homework is blowing my mind. >.<

In English Tony was lecturing on critical thinking, which is fun actually. :P

This evening I worked on my Chem lab and a few questions.

What do I need to do tomorrow? I need to wake up early and go to the gym, go to school, get bloodwork done on my spare time and HOPEFULLY make it back to school in time to see Bre during her time off. Lord, I hope I can. I never see her anymore. :(

Bre isn't feeling very well, I think. She hasn't been texting me, and that's incredibly odd for us. So, I figure I'll go to bed now and sleep so I can wake up early enough to work on my legs tomorrow morning. :P

Good night all!

That was a major problem this evening in the lab (the title). Out of seven of us, four (including Junior and I) couldn't get our Bunsen burners to light. For those who don't know what that is, here's a picture:
Picture
(I just got an image from Google, haha. This is pretty close to the ones we used today). They're pretty nifty when they work! You have to connect it to the gas supply, opent the gas inlet (see that little turny thing on the bottom near that hose? Yeah, open that a bit), then light it with the flint lighter (the metal thing in the picture). When you light it, you have to make sure the gas isn't on too much or it will . . . Explode, to put it bluntly. We all found that out today.

Anyway. Everyone at our bench (Hilary, Lianna, Junior, and I) couldn't get our burners to light. We kept trying different flint lighters and everything but nothing would work. Rami, our lab instructor, checked our gas valve. It turns out that it was turned off. Go us and our awesome lab skills! Other than that, everything went fine. Although, my burner was tipping over because it wasn't very balanced. I think the hose was twisted. Rami solved the problem by putting a beaker on one side. Good thing: it worked. Bad thing: if the beaker tipped at all, it would have unbalance the burner and set me on fire. I simply must say that I have great skills. In what? Possibly setting myself on fire.

Other than that, nothing really exciting happened today. I woke up at around 7 or so, and Mom asked me if I wanted to go out for breakfast at eight when the kids went to school. I said yes, naturally! FOOD = <3 . Mom and I went to the airport first then out for breakfast. I was only home for about 15 minutes after that then I had to leave again. Junior had a break at 10:30 and I wanted to play the loving girlfriend part, so I went to Tim Horton's at around 10:10. I got to the school with a French vanilla and a donut for him. He didn't even notice me at first! :O

I stayed in school after that because I didn't want to waste gas going home and going back. Well, Junior and I went to his house for a minute with his truck, so that doesn't count. We both passed in our pre-labs. I just hing out at the school after that because I didn't have a class until 1:30. Fun times. I didn't get home this evening until about 7:45. I didn't get to eat until about 8:15 or so because I did my lab while it was still fresh in my mind. Now, I feel sick because I ate so late. The only reason I ate is because Junior wanted me to. Apparently ten hours without food is bad. (><)

Well, that's it for me. Good night!

- Bre :)

Waldon here, and I want to apologize so much for my lack of blogs the past two nights! I got bogged down with homework, and I forgot all about it! I'm so, so sorry. :(

So, on to the blog! I took three science courses this year, two of which I've never even taken in high school. So, you can tell I'm kind of out of my depth here. But, I'm going to finish the year with these courses. I will.

This week I've had a TON of homework due. I've got a math assignment due sometime., but an actual due date would be too much to ask for so I've been panicking over that. I've got a physics assignment about jobs in the field of physics due by Friday, and a chem test on Friday as well as two Pre-labs, one of which was due today and another tomorrow, an English story to read and 4 pages of physics math practice homework that I needed to finish for today. The teachers will be giving us another assignment soon, I think. >.< I'm actually spending upwards of 7 hours a day in school every day, with no actual breaks during. When I get free hours, I go to the library and work on my Math or Chem. My Math is 15 pages long I think? Oh! And a chem assignment due Monday. Yeah. (>.O)

So, what have I been up to lately?

Nothing really. xD I went to Bre's last night so she could help me with my math. Thank god for that wonderful girl, she showed me how to do a bunch of the assignment and explained each individual question. :) I had a Biology lab this evening until 6 30, so I was in school for 9 hours. From 9 20 this morning.

Friday night Bre wants me to go to the movie with her and Deejay. So I guess I'll be doing that. :P It's called "Crazy Stupid Love"? I haven't even heard of it, but I bet you I know what it's about already. :P I told Bre I'd go if I can complain about it all I want. xD

Now, I guess I'm out of things to talk about? No! Wait! I'm not. :P

Tomorrow morning I'll be waking up around 6 or so to go to the gym for 6 30, I FINALLY have somebody to go to the gym with. My friend Josh will be going with me tomorrow morning for an hour or so. Neither of us could find a partner to go with. We didn't want to go up on our own, that would just be boring. :P

So, now I'm done. Good night all!
-Waldon

That's right, it's me! Bre! I know I'm not as exciting as Junior but he's busy and stressed out at the moment, so I'm taking his place tonight. He forgot about the blog last night (see? Stressed) and offered to do it tonight but I used my scary-girlfriend voice and told him no. If he has a pile of other things on his plate, the least I can do is write this for him. He's done it enough for me! Right? Thought so.

Nothing is really new, to be honest. I did the Chem assignment (due next Monday), I'm still stuck on the Physics assignment (due Friday). . . I'm reviewing Psych? Junior and I have a Chem lab on Wednesday that I'm not looking forward to. We have to write out a pre-lab with all of the procedures, materials, and objectives in it. Rami (the lab guy) said we have to do it to make sure that we actually read it through. Wow.

OH GOOD NEWS. Ranjan moved our Physics class to 12:30 tomorrow instead of 1:30, so I now get out of school at 1:30! But, at 1:30, Junior has a break, so I'm going to spend an hour with him. The poor guy is so stressed out already. It's usually him comforting me but this year it's the other way around. Sure I'm stressed! Don't get me wrong. He's just about ten times worse than me. He just doesnt' show it. Trying to be all manly and stuff, he is.

At the moment, I'm looking through my Psych study guide. It's 1211 pages long. Holy cow. I can't wait to get to chapter two! It's about the central nervous system. We did that in Bio in level two (level three Bio) so it looks pretty familiar!

I think I'm done for tonight. I need to go to bed soon or else I won't make it to Psych tomorrow morning. Good night!

- Bre :)

Hm. The title tonight is an unfortunate, but true, statement. As I was waiting for this page to load, I had to sneeze. Nothing out of the usual mind you - I sneeze quite often. I began to sneeze and I realized something was wrong. I couldn't do it. My retainer got in the way of the sneeze! How? I have no idea. Needless to say, it was the strangest sneeze of my life.

The past few days have been weird with the blog. I updated the page on the internet a few time since the 15th, but Junior's post wouldn't come up. I kept trying and it kept failing to load. This morning, I found out that he did indeed post and that I was late posting! That's why I'm posting tonight. I don't even know whose turn it is anymore.

Today was fun! I woke up around 7:30 (sleeping in on Saturday is always fun) and got a shower around 8:30. After my shower, I did my English homework and I started my Physics. Now, I'm almost done my Physics assignment! I just need to ask a couple of questions on Monday. Junior woke up shortly after nine, I think. We went out for breakfast around 10:30. It was good! Except the ham. I didn't like the ham. Junior said something about chickens and eggs . . . What was it? "Eggs are just chickens that haven't hatched yet." Yes, that sounds about right. I had to laugh. I don't like eggs. (But I like French toast. Funny).

After breakfast, we went to his house for a bit. To be honest, I don't remember what we did. We went to my house for a few minutes, I grabbed my Chem, and we went back to his house. This afternoon, I helped him do some of a Chem thing that he needed to get done. Around five, we picked up Britt and Junior brought us home. I stayed for supper, then went back to Junior's at 7:30/7:45 or so.

This evening didn't really go as planned (pffft, like we planned anything anyway). We were going to go to Dad's friends with Dad/Mandy/Britt for a while for a bit of a combined birthday party, but Junior got a nosebleed. At first, I thought that was all right and it would pass. But, when I went over to him, he was ridiculously warm, feverish even. I asked him what his blood sugar was at supper/the last time he checked and, even though it was normal then, I told him to check it again anyway. It turns out that he was really high (his blood sugar, that is). I can hardly rememeber ANYTHING about it, as pathetic as that it, but I do remember that it's BAD. He did a "correction" (Junior can explain everything) and (because I'm lame) I just put a cold cloth on his forehead to cool him down. No, that didn't do anything to help. It just cooled him down a bit. I then made him check his blood every hour. Around 10 o'clock, it was still high, so we didn't go anywhere. When I left at 11:45, he was back down to just about normal.

AND now here I am, writing this. But I'm done now. Good night!
