Waldon here and I've had this horrible ringing noise playing in my head for the last almost 6 hours and I'm going crazy. Something got jammed in the greenhouse fan at work and it was making this really high pitched ringing noise. The thing wasn't big enough to actually JAM it, just to alter the noise. ARGH.

Enough of that. Hopefully it'll be gone tomorrow morning.

Obviously I was working today. :P I started my shift at 12 PM and worked right until 8 PM. I took my supper break at around 4 30 sometime? Bre was off somewhere when I text her lol, so I spent the break talking with Adam and Steph. :P They're cool people xD Steph is a crazy-eyed little person, but her neurotic side is mostly held back :P And Adam is a classmate of Bre and I's, so he's good people.

Somebody during work today started comparing me to their dad and grandfather. Let me mention now that I detest that. I mean, if you're going to compare me to them, why aren't you with them instead?! It's the same as telling me about how amazing and perfect all your relatives are or bragging about what they've done or own. I mean. Come on. Do you really have to brag about things that you don't even do or own!? ARGH. It just aggravates me. xD

Then, after I got off work Bre and I went for a walk around the bunkers uptown, it was great! :D We went a little while through the bushes and came back to the truck early. There were too many flies around to really enjoy it though. Mosquitoes are evil. I swear to god.

I think they're learning. They avoid my line of site now when they're biting me lol. They go just underneath my arm where I can't twist to see easily. xD

So, I guess I'm done for now lol. The only other thing I've done today is listen to B.B King and play Oblivion. But I like both of those things so much that I think if I started talking about them, I wouldn't be able to stop before I broke some sort of blogging law. Good night everybody!

-Waldon

Good evening all! It's five o'clock here, so I thought I would do the blog. What better time than now? Junior is out for a walk with Gunner and Gladdale tonight and I'm staying home because I'm still sick. Being sick really sucks because : A) I'm sick, B) I can't go out with them, and C) I haven't been to work in two days. Tomorrow I'm going in no matter what (I'll be just fine in the morning) because Tawès (the girl that I'm working with) has been taking care of the kids all by herself with me not there. I feel so bad! Unfortunately, I can't really do anything about it because I can't go in sick.

To the title! Britt is being ever-so-kind and letting me use her computer to do the blog tonight. To be honest, I'm in the bathroom downstairs, with her computer set up on the washing machine. No worries though! She know about it, and the washing machine isn't on. The insides of the computer won't get all rattled about on the inside . . . That's not about the title, is it? Anywho! Britt is really into manga and anime. Two of her favourites are Bleach and Naruto. Every now and then, when she checks for updates, she will come to me with a grand story of what happened in the manga. Naturally, because I don't read them, I have no idea what she's talking about so I just nod and smile and put in the appropriate "Ooohs" and "Aaaahs" and "OHMYGOSHWHYDIDTHEYDOTHATs". Tonight, she told me about Ichigo in Bleach. She was explaining to me something about his powers and then said *the title*. When she said it I had no choice but to look dumbfounded and laugh. I don't even know what she meant! And that's the story behind the title.

Oher than that, nothing really happened today. Like I said, I'm sick. In the past two days I have watched about 15 hours of television. That's more than I've watched in the past six months. I've watched everything from CBC to the Comedy Network to the Family Channel, and I have determined the following: THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ON DURING THE DAY. Personally I think the government is controlling the televsion stations and is preventing them from putting on decent programming in the times that kids are supposed to be in school or at work. What will kids do if they skip off work or something and there's nothing good on tv? They might have to go outside! GASP! And then what will happen? Because it's summertime, they'll get a sun burn because they were too busy complaining about the lack of decent shows on tv to put on sun screen! Then they'll find out that they have a funny-shaped mole on the back of their arm that is actually melanoma that was caused by the sun and ultraviolet radiation! Then they'll have to go to the hospital and have the mole removed, just to find out too late that the cancer has spread to their UVULA.

. . . I'm sorry, I've been cooped up for two days. I've had too much time to think about nothing.

While I'm on the topic, cancer is not a thing to laugh about. People get diagnosed with it all the time and many of them die. To those diagnosed and to the others affected by the diagnosis, it's absolutely terrible. To be honest, there's nothing to laugh about. I'm not an expert or anything and I'm sure I'm probably wrong about stuff, so don't quote me on anything. I've had a few people in my family die of cancer and one of my relatives is currently fighting it off. My cousin is the most positive person that I've ever met, hands down. She's absolutely amazing. She's stayed positive throughout the entire ordeal and I do believe she's on the mend. Much love and happy thoughts to her! (And I think I'll leave Junior the more serious subjects. . . I'm not very good at it).

Oh my! This font makes it look like I've written more than I actually have.  : S

One last note before I go upstairs to supper, I suppose. Today, Junior was a sweetheart and came down to keep me company. We played Scrabble at the kitchen table. He beat me, 240 to 198. Why, you ask? Because I got him 40 points on one turn. Yeah. I'm nice like that. I'm going to beat him next time. (You watch yourself, Junior). After playing Scrabble, we sat on the couch for a few minutes before he had to go look at something for his Mom. While sitting, I complained to him about how much my stomach hurt because of my coughing. I feel like I've been doing crunches/sit-ups for 36 hours straight!

And that's my story. I can't wait to post a blog when I have my wits about me! My brain feels like a lovely jiggly bowl of Jello at the moment. Have a happy evening!

- Bre : )

Good morning to anyone who is reading this! It is currently 10:21 am Atlantic time, and I should be at work! Why am I not at work, you ask? I'm sick. Very sick. I have a really bad head cold. Coughing, sneezing, feeling like I'm going to pass out at any given time... All that jazz. At the moment, I'm sitting on the couch watching Jimmy Two Shoes on tv with Mom. Well, sort of. Mom's getting some breakfast right now, so she's not watching tv at the moment. The only reason I'm writing the blog right now is because Bryton had his computer on the coffee table about two feet away from me and I didn't need to get up to get it! Oh, Mom's back!

Before I forget, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies (AGAIN) to anyone reading this. Junior has been trying to post the blog for the past few days but it hasn't been posting! He's getting really frustrated with it, so I volunteered to write the blog today. I'm not really doing much besides coughing up a lung, so it's okay!

All right. What's been on the go. Well, the weekend was great! On Sunday night, Junior, Gladdale, Jessica and I hung out for a while. We sat around for a few hours, talking and playing video games... Sort of. I was playing Sims 3 and Junior was playing Oblivion while Gladdale talked to us. Jessica came over a little while later, so we just hung out. I eventually got off Sims because I couldn't see straight. So! Gladdale showed me some cool videos from her friends at university. They're great! She showed me a picture of a bear that a girl drew on someone's back for their Winter Carnival (maybe? I'm so sorry! I forget why!). It was draw tribal-like and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE.

SPLICED IS ON. This show is absolutely ridiculous. It's about a bunch of animals (who have had their DNA spliced with other animals) that live on an island in the middle of an ocean. The doctor that made them was taken away, so they're just kind of staying on the island. One of the characters is Two Legs Joe. He's a rhinoceros with only two legs, no arms, and a bird on his butt. The only "regular" animal on the island is a platypus... And that's saying something.

I don't think I make sense today... I'm sorry I can't think straight!

OH GOSH! Yesterday at work, everyone was making butterflies/caterpillars/ bumblebees out of pom poms, pipe cleaners, googly eyes, and glue! Guess what I did! I made Junior a pretty flower and gave it to his when I saw his yesterday evening! I sure hope he liked it. I thought it was just dandy. :) . Speaking of yesterday! After he was done working, Junior came down and kept me company for an hour before going out with Gladdale. I really appreciated that. :)

I should explain the title, shouldn't I? Well, as I said, Spliced is on at the moment. This show is absolutely ridiculous. If you ever get a chance, watch it. You will understand. So! Peri and Entree are pretending to be fairies and they have tricked Princess Ape Ponyhands (I think I only have her name half right) into thinking that they're real fairies. Peri and Entree are taking advantage of her and are getting her to give them stuff because she thinks that they'll do some magic. One of these things was giving Peri shoes. The shoes were "delightfully strappy." I have to say. Those tend to be the best kind.

All right. I think I'm done not making sense for the time being. Bye for now!

- Bre :)

Hey all, it's me Waldon. I actually posted a blog here last night, but for some reason it didn't show up. That's exasperating. So, I'm writing another blog tonight to hopefully make up for it!

As anybody who reads this blog regularly will have noticed by now, (If you haven't, you're lacking something vital. :P) we're not updating regularly. There have just been too many things on the go for us to keep on top of the blog like we should. And for that, I offer my most sincere apologies and hopefully you can all find it in your heart to forgive us. Please, I hope nobody has been disappointed in us, and at myself in particular. I know I alone have sorely slipped in my responsibility to the blog.

And now, onto the actual meat of the blog!

Today has been a fairly normal day, I suppose. I drove down shortly after 8 to pick of Bre, and so by about 8 40 we were waiting in the school parking lot for the bell to ring.

First period today I had english. I love english class. :P I spent all period writing out my interpretation of the irony involved in a short story's title. I think I wrote about 300 words or so?

Next was Nutrition class, where we watched a video on... ummm... something about the worlds most famous foods brands and similar? :S We watched a segment on BBQ and Chocolate, and by the end of that I was very, very hungry. xD

Then it was Recess. Nothing happened really. :P

After that it was the start of my double math period. We're pretty much done all of our material, so we're reviewing for the next few weeks. Suffice to say, I was reading for about 2 hours. :P

In the middle of those two periods, I had lunch. Where I had to go to a dance rehearsal that nobody told me about. I wasn't even needed. I shouldn't even have to point out that making me give up my lunch for something that I wasn't needed for is an easy way to rally my chagrin.

Last period I had art class. Thank god for Art Class. Ms Edmunds didn't get any primer for me to paint over the log I'm going to be painting on, so I had a free period to sit back and do what I liked. So Sandra and I battled and traded Pokemon for about an hour. We're cool kids, you know it. :P

Then, after school I stayed in for an hour to wait for Bre to finish tutoring so that I could give her a ride home. I enjoyed it, actually. :) I got to relax in the nice quiet library for a little while. If I had my music, it would have been perfect.

Then I drove Bre to her Nan and Pops, and then commenced with my night of tooling around and doing nothing. :P

So, without further adieu. Goodnight!
-Waldon

Waldon here, and guess what? :P

Almost everything I have to do is done! I've got one more night of dance left, and then it's just a few assignments and then back to my job! I can't wait! Sure, there'll be exams, but I can handle those. I can study in my free time after I get all my events and stuff done with.

I'm sick of having stuff to do. When we got back from Euro Trip, there was Drama Fest three days later. We got back from Drama Fest and suddenly it's Bre and I's Graduation. Now, not even two days after THAT, I have four consecutive nights of dancing. I'm beat out. >.<

I just don't find dancing as interesting as I used to, sadly.

So, last night (as I mentioned) I was dancing. Between acts, I was walking out to the lobby to get a drink while the audience was watching another show. Just as I opened the main lobby door, two little girls ran and tackled said door from the opposite side. Why? I still don't know. They just stood by the door and whispered after I gathered myself back up and walked on. Now, I wasn't expecting this at all. My forehead was expecting it even less. :P Now, I still have a headache and those two girls didn't even apologize for about a hundred pounds of force being applied to my cranium. Very unpleasant, I assure you. xD

HOLY CRAP.

MR DUCKLES IS EVOLVING.

HE'S DOING IT!

HE'S ALMOST DONE!

HE'S THERE!

I'VE NOW GOT ONE GINORMOUS BIRD!

Sorry about that. I've been playing Pokemon. Mr Duckles is one of my Pokemon. He is single-wingedly more awesome than almost every one of you. :P

Now. On with the post! xD

Today, was a good day I think. I started off normally enough, with the picking up and Bre and such. Then we went to school, where I had Nutrition first (I made Ice Cream, which I gave to Bre) and then double Math (Where I finished my book) followed by Art and then History (Where I played Pokemon with Sandra!). It was a good day.

I seriously hope you people don't believe I really don't do ANYTHING in school. I do do work. I just prefer not to talk about how I'm doing review Trig in math, or doing multiple choice in History.

After school, Bre and I picked up Sandra and picked up her brother a few things. He was hurt yesterday and I send my condolences to him and his concerned ones! Then Bre and I went to the Co Op where she picked out some stuff to make a cake for her dad. Then we dropped into the greenhouse where I'll be restarting work next week. I've got this weekend to finish everything off before I start.

Then this evening I was at the Theatre with the children's Dance group again, and our show went off almost perfectly. The two little girls we were acting with were a little hasty and premature with a few lines, but that's understandable, they're only just starting. Actually, for their age, they're doing remarkably well. In fact, they're better than quite a few of the improv actors I've met. :P

Still, I'd like to work with them some more and see if I can get some new ideas across.

Now, this evening I spent playing pokemon and reading up on my Math Placement Test. I think I'll head on to bed now though... Good night everybody!
-Waldon

Waldon here. And I truthfully have no idea how long it's been since my last post on here. It would be... close on to a week ago now? :P Hopefully I can get back into the rhythm of this stuff as soon as this weekend is over.

I've got quite the busy week ahead of me, I've got 4 dance recitals next week, and graduation this weekend. It's going to be rough. But it'll be over soon, and then I just have to worry about going back to work and the end of school year exams. xD

Maybe I should explain where I was this past week or so, shouldn't I? I probably already explained it last time I was on, but I figure that once more couldn't hurt. This past week ( since last Wednesday), I've been out to the Provincial Drama Festival. Over the course of the 5 days, I managed to spend about $400 - $500, get seriously sick, and win an award for "Exceptional Acting in a Supporting Role" (and getting compliments on my voice!) xD

I bought "Oblivion IV", which so far is AMAZING. It's like Fallout 3, but mashed with LOTR! It's great! I seem to have gained a new addiction. :P

So, I got home Sunday evening, and I was having a really crappy day for a couple reasons... I can't even remember them now. :S I was really angry when I got into the airport. So I went home and such. Bre came up and paid a surprise visit, the sweetheart. :) It was great. She cheered me right up. I love seeing Bre around. She always gets me to smile when I'm angry and stuff. xD

Now, today we resumed classes in school. Bre and I both. (Bre was gone for a trip too! But I don't know much about it, so she might tell you sometime if she feels like it) Today was long. Needless to say, I suppose. I've effectively been gone since before Easter Break. Home just long enough between my two trips to realize that I had to pack again and go. :P

First period I had Nutrition. I spent a good portion of that class reading, since I already had the assignment my teacher passed out finished a few weeks ago. Then I had math for a double period. Oh, today was a delayed opening as well, so the two periods were back to back. It wasn't bad. I finished a full assignment that Mr Lawrence had assigned us while we were gone. It was a good go, I think. :P

After those two periods, I had Lunch. I played Pokemon all lunch, I'm not ashamed to admit it. Then Art came, and I spent all class goofing off and talking to people. It was fun. Then I had world history. In world history, one of my troupe and I, we were involved in the children's dance as acting, had to go to the theatre and pick out the costumes we'd be wearing during the show. We got them all done, I think. :)

Then after school I went over to Bre's for a bit. That was nice. :) I liked it a lot, actually. I love just relaxing and sitting there. Remember everybody. If you don't MAKE time to relax, then you'll never get any. Besides. Science has proven that you get more work done if you take at least a 30 minute "You time" period during the day. ;) True fact. I'm not just trying to be lazy. :P

Then, after supper Glad and I walked to Tims and I ate a lot. That was pretty cool. xD

Now, Bre just went to bed, so there's really no reason for me to stay up anymore. Good night everybody. :)
-Waldon

It’s almost midnight so this is going to bed quick… SEE?! I have sleep on the brain. This is going to BE quick. There we go.

Today was cool! I woke up at 8 ish. I slept over to Dad’s last night. When I woke up, I got out of bed and *DUN DUN DUUUUUUN* played Sims 3. For FOUR HOURS STRAIGHT. Well, almost straight. I stopped to eat my breakfast halfway through. Then I continued. It. Was. Incredible. My eyes were bugging out of my head by the end of it. I went to Egypt and China, and I threw a party at my house, and I mastered the guitar skill, and I mastered the handiness skill, and I made a bunch of friends, and I caught a bunch of fish, and I had so much fun it should be illegal!

At around 1 I got a shower. After my shower, Junior came to pick me up. We then went to the store to pick up some water for Mom and some Animal Crackers for Britt. We dropped the stuff off to Mom. It was then that I asked her the big questions. Could I please go to the grad-skip-off-bonfire-party-thing tonight up the road? She said yes, as long as I was careful. After that, Junior and I went up to his house. I went to Dad’s for supper. It was AWESOME. I played some more Sims, too.

After supper, I went to Mom’s to get some stuff for tonight. Extra gloves, hats, camera (that I didn’t use), coffee mugs, etc. Dad dropped me off at Junior’s, then we went to get some gas and get some coffee and Timbits at Tim’s. It was fun! We transferred our coffee/mint smoothies to the mugs then were on our way up the road! It took a few minutes to get to the sand pit for the fire because it’s 11 kilometres up. We got there around 8:15 ish. We were among the first 15 people there?

I’m going to sum this up right quick now. Nikita showed up with Lianna and Kelsey and Brittany (not my sister) and Mitchell shortly after nine. There was all kinds of drinking and smoking and random dancing going on. Neither Junior nor I drank. Well, I had one mouthful of Nikita’s drink because it tasted like a freezie. That was it. Junior, Nikita and I left at about 10:15 and all went home. Junior didn’t want to be there and only went because I wanted to go. I can’t thank him enough for going tonight! :)

Now, here I am. I put my clothes in the washer because it stank. I’m now sitting here talking to Junior and writing this. My eyes hurt because of the smoke. Ouch. I think I’m going to bed now. Good night !

-Bre :)

Waldon here, and if you don't know the title, hang your head in pop culture shame. :P I've got a headache tonight, so I'll see how far I can get with this, sorry if it's not very long.

This morning was a Delayed Opening, so I got to go down to Bre's house for a little while. That was fun. :) After that we went on to classes. I had Art Class first thing in the morning and I think that's my favorite way to start the day. I worked on a sketch I started last night of a fairy/pixie thing, and I think it's come out rather well.

After Art, I had World History where we discussed 0ur research papers that are due at the end of May and watched a little bit more of the movie about the life of Gandhi. He was an amazing man, but I've already talked about him in one of my previous posts, so I won't delve into that again, as much as I'd like to. :P

Then, because it was a Delayed Opening day, we went straight on into third period, which just so happened to be Music. Music is another of my good courses this year. I play Tenor Sax in the band segment and my own Harmonica when I get the chance. We were playing Band all class, but near the end I was losing air out of the Sax from somewhere and I wasn't getting much noise. I think it may be an air flow problem from my mouthing maybe? :S I hope I haven't broken a valve or something. That would suck.

Next was lunch. Lunch is great, Bre and I always go to the Math Help Centre. Today I was debating the equal importance of English as a course as Math with Sam. Sure, Math is the "Universal Language", but you really can't SAY anything with it. It's important, yes. I'm not denying that. Losing your mathematical skills is stupid, they're the fundamentals for everything involving science and engineering. But the course itself and having an understanding of the language we speak is just as important. The course inspires critical thinking and improves your grammar and eloquence. Which are things that can easily help you in communication with everybody else and in the workplace. Don't undervalue that. You can understand as much theory as you want. But if you're a jerk because you talk like your opinion is better than somebody's without trying, nobody cares if you can find 'x' a billion different ways. :P

After lunch I had English class, oddly enough, and I spent the period doodling while listening to our reading of "Catcher In The Rye". That was over soon enough. xD

Last it was Nutrition class. Where all the jerks in school go to get an easy credit and some food. I really dislike my class. My old Nutrition class was GREAT. I loved it. But this class makes me want to punch people. Let's not talk about that class overmuch.

After school I had to go to a meeting with two of the young girls that are going to be in the children's dance show with myself and a member of my troupe as entertainment between the dances. Because admit it, if it's not your kid on stage, those dances are... mediocre. Now, if that's YOUR kid on stage, that show was better than anything you've ever seen before. No. You're not biased. ;)

Bre decided not to get a ride home with me today, so it was a lonely ride home. I HATE driving home alone. There's really no rational reasoning behind it, but there you go. It depresses me. I don't mind going home alone if I've dropped somebody off, or if I'm leaving somebody's house or whatever. But if I've just gone from point A to point B without seeing anybody? Like, going to the gym or driving to the store? Nah. That makes me sad. I don't like that at all. xD

Now, oddly, I don't mind it at all if I'm walking or biking. But if I'm driving a truck or a car? After I get to my destination, I'm ready to just curl up in a corner somewhere. :P

So, after my drive home I ate supper and sat down. There I remained for the rest of the night. I've been playing games all night and haven't done much else, sadly. Gunner didn't even want to go for a walk, and I can't blame him: His legs are hurting him. :(

And so I'm done. I suppose I did okay with this blog?
Good night everybody!
-Waldon

I KNOW, it’s awful that I forgot what she said, but she’s gone to bed now and I can’t ask her what it is that she said. If she wasn’t gone to bed, I’d go ask. But! She IS gone to bed, so I won’t. That would be dumb.

Anyway, the quote that I wanted to use was said by Britt while we were hanging out in the bathroom earlier. Yeah, the bathroom. I was sitting next to the tub knitting my sweater and Britt was sitting on the toilet seat with her legs crossed, eating a container of chocolate ice cream. I was waiting for the washer to cut off so that I could throw the clothes in the dryer and Britt… Just didn’t want to share her ice cream. We were just hanging out and talking when all of a sudden she exclaimed that she has a problem. (I agreed wholeheartedly). Naturally, I asked her what her problem is. She responded with SHE’S TOO GOOD AT EVERYTHING SHE DOES. Wow. I love her. That’s a problem? Sure is, to her. After talking about how great she thinks she is, she started playing the empty ice cream container as a bongo and sang her parody of Justin Beiber’s “Never Say Never”.

And so. On to my day.

Nothing really happened. Last night, Britt and I stayed at Dad’s. When I woke up, it was around 9, so I went out and got on the computer. I played Sims for about 3 and a half hours this morning. (O_O)   It. Was. NUTS. I was in Egypt looking through tombs and hacking people’s computers and getting caught on fire and fishing and… It was great. When I was back in my town, I improved my logic skill so that I could hack someone’s computer in Egypt no problem when I went back. I paid my bills. Oh!  Also while I was in Egypt, I bought 27 000$ worth of books! WOOT. I can’t remember how many I bought… God bless cheat codes. ;)     I’d have no money if there were none, haha. So, now my Sim is skilled. Level 8 (almost 9) guitar, level 4 cooking, level 4 logic, level 5 fishing, level 2 athletic… She’s great.

Because I’m so darn lazy, I didn’t get a shower until about 1 this afternoon. After my shower, Dad, Britt and I picked up Junior and we all went to Tim’s for a tea. Then, Dad went down to Kay’s to snow-blow the driveway, so Britt, Junior and I took the truck for a drive. On the way back down town, we dropped off Junior at his house. Dad dropped Britt and I off at Mom’s, and I’ve been here ever since.

… Is it sad that playing Sims was that most exciting part of my day? (O_O)

Before I go, I’m SO SO SO SO SO SO sorry for not posting last night. I was so very tired. Anywho, good night!

-Bre :)

Waldon here, and I'm unhappily announcing that the 600 word long post I had JUST feverishly typed for this is no longer here. I'm very aggravated about this unsatisfactory outcome.

I'm absolutely exhausted, so I don't think I have the energy to retype it all, so I'll just say quickly that I had an absolutely wonderful night with Bre, Sandra, Robyn and Sam. We all hung out and played games and ate all night. Bre brought an absolutely heavenly Hash Brown Casserole, Sandra brought Onigiri, and Robyn brought cookies. (I procured about a bajillion animal crackers :P)

So, I hope this post doesn't end up disappointing too many people, and my most sincere apologies for this, but I have to go to bed. >.< Hopefully I'll get to do a post soon to make up for this.

Good night everybody! :D
-Waldon

(I'm so sorry about this post Bre, I tried to make it worthwhile!)
