Waldon here again guys, it's getting ridiculously hectic here now, if you couldn't tell. Bre and I have been swamped for the past few weeks, and everything is catching up to us now. I feel that it's only polite for me to inform you that our updating schedule will probably be as sporadic as it is now for the next little bit. Probably until close to the 12 days of Christmas, actually.

Yeah, so I have to get at my math assignment again, because I can't seem to get any of it done. :S I'll say good night for now, and hopefully I'll get a full post up within the next little bit!

Good night everybody!

Waldon here! Hey guys! Just a post to let you know we haven't abandoned the blog, but we're both swamped with work! :( Hopefully we'll get everything back on track soon, but until thin you'll have to get used to these sporadic posts! I'm sorry!

So! A quick recap of the past two weeks!

It started snowing! Finally! It's about -10 degrees Celsius here right now, I think. I love it. xD

Bre and I are in our last 2 weeks or so of class before final exams for this semester, so we've been getting deluged in work and assignments for the past week or two. I don't like having to skip the blog, but between doing this and making sure I get a proper education, you know what I'll pick, sadly. Even though I don't like school, I understand it's importance. So I GUESS I'll stick with it. :P

We've both been feeling ridiculously stressed the past few days, and I know I don't have it in me to keep writing. Poor Bre is having a hard time with everything. :( She couldn't even get on the site to write this earlier. Nothing seems to be working out. Dx

I guess I'll get off for now, I'll be on again as soon as I can? Good night all!

Sorry guys! This is Waldon, there's no good reason why I haven't done a post, so I apologize to every one of you readers that have come here checking for an update. I'm sorry!

Bre and I have had a long, hard week in school. >.< We had a chem test on Wednesday, Bre had a psych test on... Tuesday? I think? I'll have to check with her. I had two math assignments due and a Bio and Chem lab on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively and I've still got to hand in my Bio lab report on Monday. This has been a ridiculous week.

Yeah, so.

Bre and I just got back from supper, actually. :P We went out to El Greco's (The best. Pizza. Ever.) and then to her dads house where we started watching National Lampoons Animal House? It's an alright movie. Bre really likes it. :P

So, I think I'm going to go watch a movie with my girlfriend, later all! I'll try to get a post up regularly! :(

Hey all! It's Waldon tonight, and I've got some exciting news. I got back from the cabin last night. :P It was great! Bre and I went to bed really early on Thursday night (Which is why there was no blog, btw) and we were up for 5 30 AM on Friday and I picked her up at 6 30 AM and we were on the road to my cabin at 7. :P

We got there around 10 30 (It's a couple hundred Kilometers away) and my mom and dad were there just before us, so they got the fire going and we all said goodbye and all that good stuff. Then they went off to go check dads traps, while Bre and I stayed at the cabin. We stayed overnight, and although there were some issues with the fire at one point, (i.e. it wouldn't stay lit (Stupid stovepipe draft >.<) ) and some generator problems caused by it's exhaust, we figured everything out in fairly short order and we had a good time. :) We played a lot of cards. xD We had planned to get to homework while we were up there, but I love the cabin, so I refuse to mar its image with homework. :P

It's so quiet! And relaxing. I absolutely adore it up there. I spent an inordinate amount of time just staring out the window or at the fire. xD Bre spent a lot of her time doing the same thing I did. :P We started playing cards after supper, and I don't think either of us realized the time until about 10 30 or 11 PM and then it hit us that we'd been up for almost 18 hours. xD Yeah, so then we went to bed. Bre got cold a few times, so I re-lit, re-fueled and stoked the fire a few times over the course of the night. But that's cool, I don't mind that stuff. I wake up fairly easily, and getting a fire started is always a relaxing thing to do when it's not life or death. :P

We both woke up around 10 or 1030 AM, and we got a quick breakfast and started cleaning up. :) We got the cabin back into as pristine as it gets, and packed up all the food and stuff and got ready to leave for home again, sadly. :( I don't think Bre's parents were quite ready to let her stay at my cabin for any longer than that. :P I took a quick opportunity to shoot the tops off two trees and a can of milk with the 12 gauge while I could, cause I doubted I'd get a chance to get any partridges while I was driving back. It didn't seem like good weather for the birds to be on the road. :P It was kind of disappointing. I DO love those tasty little woodland animals. xD

We started driving around 1 15 PM or so, and got home around 4 30. I love those long drives with Bre. They get silly, and silly is always fun. :P

I definitely have more stories about the cabin, but I have wo

Now today, Bre and I have both been working hard at our homework that's due tomorrow, so! I'll get back to you all soon! Good night all!

Waldon here, and tonight's title comes from none other than our very own wonderful Bre. :P I just asked her what the title should be, and she replied with that wonderfully obscure and esoteric title. Esoteric being the word of the day. Go look it up!

I should probably explain why it's funny, shouldn't I? :P You see, one of our lab instructors is from Lebanon, and he's just the right blend of Creepy, Awkward, Helpful and Foreign. Needless to say, he's one of my favorite teachers. Possibly THE favorite. :P He's been living in North America for over 20 years now. The first two decades in Texas, where he learned Spanish as well as English. He also knows French and Arabic, because Arabic is his native tongue and he did French in school. :P So, of course his speech mannerisms are kind of... odd. xD My favorite saying from his is "As sure as the sun will be in the sky...." Meaning, "Of course it's going to happen/It's almost certain/It's going to be, etc...." It just sounds so epic. Just say it sometime in conversation, and you'll feel like you're saying something out of an old storybook. :P

School has been killer the past few weeks. You might have been able to tell from the sporadic update schedule. In fact, I'm falling asleep as I write this. But Bre has been worried about me the past few days, I know, so I want to try to stay up for a little longer so that she doesn't worry as much. If I ever go to bed before 11, people tend to get nervous. With my recent heart issue, I've been monitored around the clock. Hopefully it won't happen again, but I'll admit the attention is nice. ;)

(P.S. I'm not faking a heart condition, FYI. That was a joke. Please don't think I'm that horrible of a person)

Now, I think I have to find something to do other than work for a little bit. I've got to ask Rami about my Bio writeups due Friday tomorrow, so I'll get those both finished tomorrow. Tonight I think I'll work on some poetry that isn't lame couplets. :P

Good night all!

Waldon here, and tonight's title comes from the song "High Voltage" by Linkin Park. I like it because it just seems witty to me. :P I'm just weird like that. xD

Yeah, so, a couple things happened over the past few days that's seriously messed up my schedule. Firstly;

The other night I was about to check some files on my external hard drive, and after I plug it into the USB slot a message box with the word "Formatting" shows up. I have no idea what's happening and then it suddenly finished. My hard drive has two partitions now, and everything on it was deleted. I'm very unhappy with this development. I had almost 2 years worth of short stories and poetry that I've written that I didn't have on my Mac because I thought, 'well, what possibly could go so wrong that all of my data would suddenly be deleted?' and now it's gone. I lost all of my writing, all of my pictures, a lot of photography and a LOT of music. About 6000 songs or so, I believe. Possibly more. The worst though? I had about 7 poems written for Bre for christmas, I lost all of them. :

Anyway, that passed, it (unfortunately)  happened. Then, something ELSE happened. I laid down to go to sleep and I felt my heartbeat getting pretty fast. I thought that I was just cutting off my circulation, but I'm sure you all know me well enough by now to know that I never make it off that easy, health-wise. :P My heart kept beating faster and faster, until suddenly I could see my chest moving a good bit when I looked down. That's when I tried to sit up.

Yeah, I could hardly see at all. My vision went VERY blurry, and really dark. And light. You'd have to see it to understand. Actually, you'd have to NOT see it. It was almost like an absence of light or dark. So, reasonably, I figured it was my diabetes doing something to me, and when I finally managed to haul myself out of bed to check my blood, my legs were really weak. I forced myself upstairs and my heartbeat evened out. So, that was good. My blood was good too. :P

I went to the hospital yesterday to get looked at, and I got a a full body EKG done to see what my heart rate was. Then I got bloodwork and stuff done. The doctor came back and pointed out that on my heart rate chart, I had one beat that had a slope instead of a straight line. So she told me that it might be some sort of blockage or something in my heart at the worst. In the worst case scenario, I've got to get Heart Surgery. In the best case scenario, I got a good story to tell people. :P

I was supposed to hear back from the doctors again today, but I never got a call. xD

So, this evening I spent with Bre. :) It was great! We watched Watchmen and gawped over Sims. :P But first we had to run to the store with Britt for Bre's mom to pick up some stuff. I carried four 9.7 Kg shelves. :P

I carried the four shelves, through a crowded store, out to a truck that was in the rain, after recently being diagnosed with a Heart condition. Man, I just one upped ALL OF YOU. Well, maybe not all of you. Probably just a couple. I mean, the shelves weren't actually too large. Or heavy. So you know. Hopefully it's a good boast. xD It's fine, you can ignore my attempts at boasting.

And yeah, that's right. We watched the Watchmen.

Any other nerds out there? Anybody? xD Yeah. Oh well, if you don't get it, at least I got it. :P This week has just been a hard week in school, and I think Bre and I both needed a night off. That doesn't mean the rest of the weekend is free of course. It just means that I have to space my work out more efficiently.

I think I'm helping Bre with something tomorrow? Or we're hanging out? I sure hope so... it's weird not having her around. I end up always trying to say stuff to her and she's not there. :P Am I the only person that does that? xD

Yeah, there's more to say, but I'm tired. Good night all!

Waldon here, and anybody else who's reading this whilst in/after completing college/university knows exactly what I mean. What I mean to say, is that Bre and I's workload is massive. Incredibly huge, even. Ginormous, possibly!

I think the enormity of the situation is starting to get across, here. :P

So, today. Today I had two tests. Fun! Fun. Fun? No. Not really! I had a math test at 9 30 this morning. I didn't have time to finish all of it. Then I had Bio class, which was alright I suppose. I forgot my computer at home, so Ryan is going to send me the notes lol. :P

Then after Bio I had English class, where we sat around and did a quiz I believe. Wait. That means I had three tests today. Man.

After English I had two hours off, so I spent the first hour with Bre and Ryan eating dinner in the cafeteria. I got sick from the food the first time I ate there, but every time since I've done pretty good! They've got some good food there sometimes. :P

Then Chem class came around, and I had a page long test where I actually only managed to finish about 70% of the whole thing ANYWAY, so I suppose I'll be getting a failing grade for this one? >.<

So, after spending the night studying for my Bio midterm tomorrow, and doing a prelab for my Bio Lab tomorrow night, I've got to go to bed! Good night all!

... this blog is a day late. :P Waldon here! Bre and I just spent the evening together. We never get time together anymore, and I know at least I needed some time with just Her. :) So, first we went to Tim Horton's for supper because neither of us was really hungry. :P I got clam chowder and some donuts, and Bre got a BLT on a bagel...? I'm trying my darndest to remember lol, but nope. For the life of me I can't remember what she ate. xD Then we spent the rest of the night watching Say Yes To The Dress, because I'm too lazy to change the channel and she likes it? :P Regardless, I had a wonderful time tonight. :)

I had math class and then Chem class this morning. Math was alright. Chem was okay. I found out just before Chem that the changing of color isn't a chemical change, so I got a good portion of my lab wrong. >.< Anyways! Then I had three hours off from work/school/everything so I dropped a check off at the bank and got some gas. Then I went back to school and had lunch with Candace and Bre! :D After lunch, I walked with Bre to her physics class and then helped Ryan with his Chem lab.

Tomorrow my mom and dad are going up the road out of town and staying at the cabin overnight. That means that it'll be my sister and her boyfriend, as well as myself and the dog here for the next two days. Essentially, it'll just be me. Lord knows sis doesn't talk to me.

Now, I'm just texting Bre and hanging around. :) I think I'll head to bed soon. Maybe get some food. Good night all!

Waldon here, and tonight's title is something that I was told once a long time ago and I can't remember who it was who told me. :P If anybody knows, give me a shout? xD

Yeah, so it's late again as you may have noticed, but I've got a lot of homework to do, sadly. I've got to finish a Chem lab tomorrow morning, but I'm too tired to do it now.

I'll be dropping out of physics tomorrow. I feel inadequate. Oh well.

Oh, and I heard today that it's possible to hack into an insulin pump? :S That leaves me open to attack at any time. I'm actually kind of scared of that now. >.> I read that on Cracked. :P It was an interesting read, but then I realized that I have an insulin pump. xD It was a "There's a pack of feral man-eating bears roaming the area in ____? Hey! Cool! That's where I live isn't it? ...Oh. Oh d---." moment. :P

Anyways, I suppose I'm done for the night, I'll have to try and get a full blog up again sometime soon? :S

Good night all!

Waldon here, and here's the second half to that post I promised this morning! I have good news! I got an 84% on my English essay and I found two of my System of a Down CD's! It's great! : D

If you didn't know, the title is from "Revenga" by SOAD by the way. :P

Today was another school day, sadly. It seems that lately, school is taking up all of my time. Like, all of it. I'm usually doing homework until about 1 in the morning, and then I'm trying to fall asleep for at least another hour or two. But! I did manage to get my English essay (Not the one I got the mark for) done during my three hour break this afternoon! : D I love it. Friday is my one day with a more than one hour break. :P Bre and I only have one lunch break together, and that's on Friday. :( I usually spend lunch by myself. Actually, I spend most breaks by myself. Man, that's depressing. And lonely. :P

I spent this evening at Bre's house with her while she watched her brother and sister. She's always giving up her nights to do that for her mom, cause she's nice like that. :) I wouldn't have the patience for it, personally. xD I tend to be an authoritarian whenever I'm in charge. :P Either it's my way, or the punch-in-the-larynx way. xD Anyways, we watched a couple movies, "Gnomeo and Juliet", and "Megamind". :P I liked them both, actually. Megamind made me laugh out loud a few times. There's enough subtle jokes for it to appeal to an older audience, and enough rock that I can listen to it without cringing after the third generic pop insert. :P

So, I just looked at the date at this post and I was seriously confused. Because I knew I had posted that last post this morning, but somehow it was all of a sudden a day later! Like, how? Did I lose track of an entire day somewhere?  After a minute or two of panic, I realized something very basic; it is past midnight. Now, it's not often I make a mistake like that. I tend to be the that's so grounded in reality that everything is just incredibly silly. I've gotten so serious that I've crossed back over into silly. I'm just that cool. :P

Well, I guess I'll go to bed. I'm too hungry to stay up much longer. xD Good night all! :D
